Beautiful pieces, and very flexible and helpful getting me an exchange when I ordered the wrong size ring. I practically haven't taken my new bracelet off since I got it

My first experience with Coco jewelry was not a plant one but since then they have redeem themselves a bit. They have sent me another ring so now I have two rings and a bracelet and they did apologize bfor their mistake. They have been pleasant and friendly. Thank you for the good customer service and another ring of the exact same nature that I first of ordered.

Good quality, great timing

Was sent the wrong colour when ordered different colours for the ring as it was a mother and daughter one with being told I could send it back and get a full refund even with returning it costing £15 . To then have some rude customer service and not helpful service.
I would not recommend this company and to stay well clear from it

I ordered 5 personalized bracelets. Initially I was pleased with 4 of them. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to resolve the one I wasn't liking as much.

I would definitely recommend Love Coco Jewelry and use them again

My order was delayed a bit and when I sent emails asking for updates I received responses almost immediately. Great customer service !

They have great customer service. I had a problem with my order and they fixed it with no problem.

Received my order in a timely fashion and got everything I requested.

I ordered it with the initials L &S you put a lowercase L and an S so that it looks like S and I. That is not what I wanted. I wanted uppercase L if need be a lowercase S cause it still looks like an S what can you do for me?

I received an email stating I placed an order for 2 items totaling 51.99 on Nov. 4, 2025. I immediately emailed stating I did not place any order. It did not show what card was charged, only said manual. I immediately locked my cards so no charges could be taken. I have since set Sarah Pelea at info@ lovecocojewelry 7 times. SEVEN. I asked to cancel the order 4 times. They were unresponsive I then got an email it was shipped. I emailed said person at said email 2 more times. They were unresponsive. I sent a final email requesting to return like they require informing them they made a mistake, I don't want their crappy merchandise, that the difficult time they gave me in the past the first and only time I purchased something from them, was returned. I got the run around for 6 weeks. I'd never use them again. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RESPONDS TO ISSUES. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. AWFUL COMPANY.

Love the ring! It was exactly as I had pictured.

I received my order quickly. However I was disappointed with the size of the child stones as you can barely see the color. I wish the child stones were a bit larger so they would truly complement the larger stone.

The ring is made of quality material. It is a beautiful ring I wear everyday and I had great interaction with Coco jewelry. They were response and made sure I was satisfied with my delivery.

The Experience what's good? The only thing I didn't like. Was when I purchased something for 10 bucks? That turned me $6 for shipping and handling. How much happens when I just paid,
