Please never use these fraudsters, send items that are nothing like advertised, admit this then never refund. Say it will cost more to return item to them as want it returned to an overseas address, then told to keep item and give as a gift, they went in the bin. Worst customer service yet. Going through bank for refund

Ordered a bodysuit...was sent a see-through piece of material, totally not fit for purpose and cheap tat. Contacted company for a refund they offered me £1 and didn't give me their returns address, then refused to converse with me, but did say I would have to return the item before they could review and consider a refund, to which they told me how that would cost me too much to return.
They make money from scamming people with false advertising in the knowledge that people won't pay to send the item back to them because of the coat. Fortunately I paid by PayPal, I raised a claim and received a full refund via them...thank god for PayPal!

I ordered x4 of the body suits, they’re thin, short and rubbish material. I emailed them requesting info on returning as I wasn’t happy and I’ve been told i can’t get a refund because I received the correct items.. they suggested I give them to a friend.. wouldn’t give this rubbish to my dog to sleep on. This has been ongoing for over a week now.

Scammers! Had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
They use genuine products videos and photos but send sub-standard items - shapewear bodysuit had no support band as advertised and was so thin you can see through it. Like with others offered £3 refund to keep the item. PayPal has resolved abs fully refunded me.
Sad to see another advert on Facebook for a dog drying robe, I recognised it immediately as the Ruff & Tumble towelling robe my own dog has - you can see the video is on their own website and Cocossumer have taken parts to create their own video - fake scamming site DO NOT USE

Wish I'd read all the other reviews before ordering following an ad on Instagram. They are scammers and selling counterfeit goods. Items are nothing like the descriptions on the website. I have escalated this with PayPal and reported them. Like many others the company is refusing a full refund, which is why I have taken it to PayPal to help resolve.

I ordered their Shapewear bodysuit which is nothing as described. It is thin, cheap, see through and not ‘supportive’. I also ordered 2 sizes up and it still didn’t fit. I contacted CS to return the items for a refund and they have refused and told me to give the items away. I have reported the seller to Paypal and I’m now having to take my claim up with them. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering - stay clear of these scammers!

Terrible product, nothing like the website and totally see through and tiny .and I ordered two sizes up !!!!!!!when asking for a refund was told no .despite the product not even being worn and clearly nothing like what Is shown online ...stay clear of these scam artists with poor quality service and products

I wish I’d read this first. The bodysuits I ordered were not shapewear as described. Not do they “inner layer is made of stretchy mesh fabric to Increase breathable comfort”. There is only one thin layer to these, which is see through. When I requested a return I was told that there was nothing wrong with the quality and refused a refund. Company is clearly a scam and I am not having to take up my claim with Klarna.

Another rip off site from Instagram and Facebook ads. Don’t bother

Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. I ordered one piece and it’s taken six weeks to arrive and o still don’t have it. I suspect the tracking info is a scam. No information on the company being used to ship and just random days sitting in different post warehouses with no movement.

Brought 3 shapewear bodysuits from this company. Took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did eventually arrive I couldn't believe my eyes. Very thin and See through, all 3 were all different sizes even though all 3 stated they were mediums and 100% not shapewear. I've emailed the company a few times about how unhappy I am with this product this was there response.

AT ALL COST AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY SEND YOU ILL FITTING POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO PAY YOU BACK FOR PRODUCT THAT ISN'T AS DESCRIBED. Loads of reviews on here saying the same thing as I am and I for one will be checking reviews on every new company I purchase from.

Absolutely awful company, I ordered the shapewear body suits which took nearly 2 months to arrive and when I got them out of the rubbish package they sent them in they are not shapewear, there very thin and see through. Absolute waste of money. I've emailed customer support to be asked to send pics which I did to which they said the warehouse have checked and they sent you the right items. What a joke and to top it off offered me £3 to keep them and be happy. Wish I'd read the reviews on here beforehand

Do not order from this company! They are complete scammers! Ordered 3 body suits that were supposed to be shapewear with a tummy support panel. Took 3 weeks to arrive only for some thin ones to arrive nothing like what was advertised! No support what so ever! No return option on the website you have to email them to obtain the address to return. So far we are 13 emails down back and forth, they are refusing to provide me the return address avoiding my requests for it numerous times! They just keep telling me it’ll be expensive and offering me a £2 refund!! When I said no they increased the offer to £3! I want a full refund not £3! Wish I looked at the reviews first!

If I could give zero I would please do not purchase from this vile company. You will not get what they advertise and are a con. It’s disgusting. Poor quality you wouldn’t pay £2 for! Poor customer service and they simply are stealing from you! I’ve contacted trading standards and other authorities to get companies like this one stopped!

Wish I’d read this first. Order 3 bodysuits. They were awful. Took 4 weeks. No support in them. They offered me £2.00 refund. I wrote on there site a 1 star review. It’s not there anymore. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

Should have read Trustpilot... They are awful!! 4 weeks for 3 bodysuits to arrive, they were meant to be shapewear but were so thin and horrible. Don't be fooled by their adverts - its not the real product. And to top it all off, they offered me £2 back on a £45 order rather than a full refund. Disgraceful. These people should be banned from selling, as they are robbing people.

I never write badly about anything however this company are an absolute joke! Ordered 3 bodysuits and when they finally arrived they didn't fit. I asked to return for a refund and they refused because they sent what I ordered and there was nothing wrong with the quality of the product! I kept emailing explaining they don't fit and they offered me £3 from a £30 order for 'compensation'. Why would I want to keep clothing that doesn't fit! I'm taking this further because it's outrageous.. and to top it off when I first ordered they took more money out of my account and called it a system error! Now I'm beginning to believe they just thought I wouldn't notice!
