Lack of customer service conversation/refund
My initial purchase was a 1 Time Only. i DID NOT have automatic shipments. When I received an email my next product was on the way I immediately tried to phone a customer service..I could not find a phone number. After 2 contacts via email I did receive a message my contract had been cancelled.I then emailed I wanted a refund on the product being mailed. I said I would not accept it and return via same carrier. I then received a response with a list of return steps in order to get a refund. My simple return was not accepted and so I did try to follow Cocunat return steps. I could not set up a return with the carrier, after several tries. I assume you make the process of return more difficult so you dont have to provide a refund! Not being able to talk to a person via phone is a NO NO for any company trying to build customer loyalty .

I did not receive my product ordered. I paid $230. 93 on Nov 29th through PayPal. I have tried several times for a resolution and have not received an answer. I filed a complaint through consumer.gov. As Imwas finally fed up in all the time I’ve spent trying to get my refund .
