I have been attempting to get customer service to help me for over a month, and no one has responded. I have been wanting to discontinue my subscription, because I have too much product currently. I thought that I had effectively done this earlier, but the subscription keeps coming. I cannot understand why. I asked if I could return the most recent product, but it has been silent on your end. I have had zero follow-up from anyone. Please email me to help resolve this matter

It states returns are easy!! NOT TRUE...!! I cancelled my subscription and tried to cancel the incoming order. Customer Service was helpful as for trying to cancel order. Unfortunately it was in the process of shipping.
The cost to send through customs to Barcelona was $68.

Another reason to buy only USA made products!!

Needle heads and fitting to the ampule are not tight or the needle are not long enough to puncture the skin or or to much formula is dispensed when you press the head to your face …. More serum on face then injected in to your skin. I have done three treatments. The first treatment the solution enter my skin (very little serum on my face) the second treatment I had more serum on my face then injected. So I thought it might be a defective head or I didn’t secure the head on correctly….. however on my third treatment the serum again was more on my face then appeared to be injected. I had enough serum on top of skin that I could rub it in all over my face and neck 😟 . At the price point it is at that seems to alot of serum being wasted

I don’t believe that my application to my face was incorrect by the shear fact that my first application went in as expected
I have read the insert and emails sent.
I don’t have any pictures to send.

I have never bought your products but I will try. I just saw you answered a review here by publishing the customer's email address. That's illegal and irresponsible. I will buy your products after you learn how to handle customer data.

Edit: your answer is completely crazy. You didnt cause any inconvenience to me. You published someone else's email while answering a review. You basically exposed someone private details on the Internet. If I were you, I would edit that answer. Once you've done it, I can remove my review. Ive used your product yesterday and it was very good, but you dont know how to handle customer data, or how to reply to reviews. Do you understand what I am saying now? Do you understand you cannot publish someone's email on the Internet?

Update…as of Dec 14 I still have not received my product that was ordered Oct 31. After many many emails I requested a refund which I received.

I placed an order Oct 31 and still have not received it. I emailed customer service several times and was told they would check into it but was never given an update. I emailed my tracking number and the message that Fed Ex needed more info from the shipper regarding the product, and country of origin. I received a messsage back from Cocunat asking if I sent Fed Ex that info. I don’t have that info, I am not the shipper.

When I make a mistake you fixed. I love the products.

Service was fast and easy to order. Packaged well against breakage. Tried one month first to see if the hype was true. It was. Ordered a 3 month package immediately. Have now used the filler micro needles twice. Saw a really big change on the first one. A small change with the second. But all in all there is change happening and for the good.

I buy the curl booster product as i work at the Jane Austen Centre in Bath and need perfect regency ringlets that i style using the old “rags” heatless curls method.
I have tried so many different products and this one is the best, not sticky and smells great

The postage and product are very good. I buy the curl booster. I have never been able to make the pump work. Or is it just me who hasn’t worked this out?

Easy to order and I love the microneedle infusion unit the best as I have tried several other brands. It's important to always use a new sterile microneedle head, which many other brands do not provide.

I love the products and the Black Friday discount ts are great but the delivery cost seems too much compared to the value of the goods I’m buying so I place orders very rarely. The products are the best I’ve found so far and I specifically look for non toxic ingredients. They really work well for my skin, I have ordered quite a range of different products in the past and they did not disappoint.

I'm truly impressed by their speedy, friendly and professional manner in dealing with customer inquiries.

Product came quickly. Packaging is quality. Product is as advertised which you don’t find often.

It definitely tightens the skin, but I am braking out afterwards.

I was very upset that you didn’t send me the micro infusion system. I received one in sept, oct, but not November and I don’t understand. I love the product it really helps my face. I even wrote a review about how good it is. I’m 66 yrs. Old and on limited income and this is the only thing I do for myself. I can’t afford to pay another $129 this month. I was very depressed about not getting it.

Fast delivery. The leave in conditioner bottle got damaged during transportation. Was replaced without any fuss. Exceptional customer service and well as product.
