was in need of a produtivity suite for my laptop... and free distros... whilst they work... they sometimes are left wanting... was tempted to buy an office 365 subscription until i see this... ok first i tought could be a scam... but for the price similar to a meal for two at McDee's did try... am satistfied all works as intended

I've been taken in and scammed on several occasions a by offers of 'Genuine Office' software (luckily I had used PayPal, for protection).
When I saw the CodeShack offer on Office 21, I thought here we go again, but after using basic text editors for a while I thought I'd give CodeShack's offer a try, knowing I had the PayPal backup.
I placed the order then received an email within minutes from CodeShack with the download instructions and activation code. I was pleasantly surprised how everything worked so smoothly without any hassle whatsoever. What an absolute bargain.
Also glad I won't have to open a complaints procedure with PayPal.

Ordering was straight forward and simple, communication was really good and even received discount code for first order. Price seemed really really good and a reasonable risk. Have not tested yet as this is for new pc that I am waiting to be delivered

Every thing ok all fine at the moment had a quick at all programmes all seems ok

Outlook worked to begin with but then just stopped. The shortcut doesn't work any more but everything else seems OK. I don't know how to rectify this problem

Purchased and downloaded Office 2021. Followed instructions to delete previous version and then installed 2021. Outlook fails with the following message "Outlook cannot display this view. Failed to create all properties in this location". Could not find solution online so filed a CodeShack support request. That was four days ago and support ticket still says "Being processed".

Excellent value for a great product. Download confirmation links and license key were sent by email overnight. Download took about 40mins the next morning and then had to download winzip on a free trial to open the .img file. Installation was done in a few minutes with all files up and running.

I visited the site after seeing advert while reading microsoft news page. On seeing the price I was dubious, but I descided that the price was acceptable if it was a scam. The purchase was straight forward using paypal, there was an immediate supply of code and software download links. Everything worked first time, I now have office 2021 running. Only suggestion I can make is copy and paste the invoice/instructions so you do not loose them. On checking my details after registration I found the codes stored for me in my account. Well done to a new company hope you can keep providing these deals

At first I was apprehensive about purchasing Office 2021. But once downloaded and started using this software. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was from start to finish. CODESHACK is on my Christmas list. Well done.

and easy install and I could not believe this was true until I tried each individual element.

I found the Office 2021 product easy to download and install (approx. 30 mins).

The programmes are running well and I feel that this purchase has been good value for money and has saved me untold stress with respect to not having to use .odf files of lesser Office suites.

I bought Word21 from Codeshack. At £39 this seemed a great bargain so figured I would take the plunge.
I received the licence key almost immediately- the website showed this but I also received an email.
I had been using Office16 Home &Student so I first uninstalled this as per the Codeshack instructions.
As I have Nero Platinum installed, double clicking on the downloaded img (ISO) file opened Nero Burning Rom (IMG files being associated with Nero) .
I backed out of this and opened the IMG file in windows explorer. This shows the contents of the ISO archive and I double clicked on the setup file. This started the Office installation.
Once installed I was taken to the Office Activation dialogue but entering the licence key I had received resulted in a message that it was for Office 19 pro - it offered to activate this so I let this happen. The Office 2019 activation resulted in a functioning, activated OFfice Pro 2019.
I contacted support at Codeshack to advise of this issue and they responded quickly with a rpelacemnt licence key. Tehre amy have been a shorter way to do things but I uninstalled and reinstalled again, this time activating using the new licence key. All seems well.
Office 2021 activated ok so I must have been unlucky with the first licence key.
Cant see the product in my MS-Account though.

After you pay there's a page that says "Your activation code has been emailed and is at the bottom of this page please copy it before closing this page!" but there is no code shown, and I didn't receive an email. I found this confusing and created a support ticket, which was picked up quickly and I received a code. The software is working, but the process could have been clearer.

I was impressed with the software and loved learning the data analysis tools that it offers.
