Trustworthy and Excellent Service!

I wanted these beautiful sushi plates from the brand Tokyo Design Studio and I couldn't find them for sale in Germany (I live in Germany). I finally found them at Coffee Matic Shop! I'm not able to read Italian so I had trouble understanding the website. I contacted the WhatsApp number on the website and received immediate help! It was a Saturday and Nicolo was super helpful! My discount code wasn't working and he took care of it. Communication with him was easy, friendly, super helpful, and he kept me thoroughly informed at every stage of my order!

Because my purchase was made of porcelain, I was worried that it might break on its way to Germany. But Nicolo packaged my order extremely well, it was super protected and I received it in perfect condition!

I was a little wary at the beginning because I had never heard of this shop before. I usually buy from within Germany. But I can definitely 100% recommend this shop! They are trustworthy, honest and provide great customer service! I would definitely buy again from Coffee Matic Shop! I'm super happy with my purchase - the sushi plates are stunning!

Perfect Service and experience

I ordered to Germany and everything went perfectly. The owner took great care of everything and was very helpful. The delivery arrived without any problems. I would be happy to order again.
