I have to apologise to Coffee supplies direct, as it has been brought to my attention, there was an error in the email address given to them, no wonder I had no confirmation email!
Thank you for sending me on the invoice, only issue now is awaiting the actual delivery from Royal Mail, which appears to be stuck at the Jubilee Mail centre!

I received the wrong size for the Westminster Coffee. I am still waiting for their response. it's been 3 days. I paid for the 6x1kg and I got the 50x60g. How could you mess that up?

I gave a 1 star review to Coffee Supplies Direct for poor after sales service as my emails were unanswered. It turns out that the mails went straight to spam - has never happened to me before. Once communications were restored my problem was dealt with efficiently. 1 star revue withdrawn- company back in my good books!

Really simple to order with Apple Pay, and item arrived with free delivery within two days. Absolute great service and great prices.
Abysmal after sales service
Abysmal after sales service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong coffee pods. Order number 11571835634041. No problem with ordering or delivery.
I understood from the company website that I needed returns number to return the order and get a replacement. The after sales service is unacceptable and disappointing. I have have emailed 3 times and got no reply. There is no phone contact number. I am resorting with this review to try and get some service.

The coffee is much cheaper than my local supermarket. It's long-dated so I can buy in bulk and get free shipping. Delivery is faultless and very quick.
Misleading Advertising & Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered a 100-serving bundle of L’OR XXL capsules from their website for £24.95. The advertisement clearly stated, “That’s £0.24 per serving.” However, I only received 50 servings (5 boxes of 10 capsules), meaning I was effectively charged £0.49 per serving—double the advertised price.
When I contacted customer service to report the issue, I received a shocking response:
“The number of servings was incorrectly entered as 100 instead of 50. The information has now been updated to 50 servings (£0.49 per serving). I can offer you a 20% refund if you wish to keep the item or provide a return label for a full refund.”
I find it unacceptable that such a significant misrepresentation was allowed to happen in the first place. Customers, including myself, purchased this product based on false information, and simply changing the listing after the fact does not make it right.
Their 20% refund offer is completely inadequate, as I only received half of what I paid for. The only fair resolution would be: A 50% refund to reflect the actual product received, or; The remaining 50 servings to fulfil the original order.
This mistake was entirely on their end, and expecting customers to go through the hassle of returning the product due to their false advertising is unreasonable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Tasteless Tassimo Coffee Shop Classic…
Ordered the Tassimo Coffee Shop Classic Americano as was cheaper than the normal Americano. Totally tasteless weak coffee. Messaged the company direct but no response. Will not be ordering from this store again.

This company owes me £1096.50
This company owes me £1096.50. Do not send payments to their bank account. Holds your money ransom. On the 14/01/25 i placed an order for £1698.50 on their website through paypal. After placing this order they emailed me asking for the payment to be sent to their bank account and they will refund on paypal, no problem i sent the money. The day after i send money to their bank they email to tell me they only have 28/79 of the units i purchased, they said they would refund me for the missing units, this was the 21/01/25. 27/01/25 i get a notification from paypal my refund cant be processed, almost 2 weeks since theyve taken 2 payment off of me. 29/01/25 i received paypal refund. Its now 04/02/25 and after chasing multiple times for my bacs refund for my missing units i have resulted in writing this review in hopes of getting my money back.
