Coinex must have paid peanuts to their CS department, because the replies I got from them are abysmal.

No estimated of issue to be resolved, no escalations. Keep asking about my deposit, but they keep giving me bunch of questions rather than maybe asking the IT team about it.

The only reason I joined coinex because friends keep recommending it. I seriously have trust issues now. As for Coinex, once this issue sorts out, I'd suggest them to interview a customer service trainer, and kick the team leaders or WFM who is just shaking their legs not doing anything.

After trying almost all other Central exchanges, Coinex seems to be the best one, you can check TrustStore of Binance or Bybit or whatever they are all below 3, Coinex seems to be pretty good

Great experience with CoinEx. I have tried all the platforms. No one compares to CoinEx. The app itself should have an award for design. .User friendly and diverse ingenuity. I can trade over 500+ currencies. Going to the moon and further. 💪

My ticket 688846, the suppport team is horrible. They even do not read your tickets. They even do not know the date i Registered and they pretend like you are stupid or helpless (but they dont help just make fun with your situation)

Also if you are looking for coin-x.uk review it also a scam you won't be able to withdraw your money even when you pay the 10% they ask for you the site is controlled by robots all members are fake it just a scam you should avoid at all cost

I'm using this app/website for almost 4yrs. Every single ticket I've sent them is completely answered. The support is excellent. Believe in it!

Site froze during high crypto movement causing no ability to change position and a forced liquidation. Absolutely the fault of the site as no break in connection on my end during this time, only coinex stopped updating. NEVER use this site as you WILL lose money due to the poorly managed website.

This site is a scam site. No one should dare give it a try. They just scammed me unnoticed. They will loose it and suffer for the rest of their life. That money agent called Justin

Yeah coinex has choices,but good luck depositing btc or others on time to catch a profitable jump on a dip ya been researching! They El Sucko Big Time!!!!! There's other exchanges out there, don't bank on their speed! Cause you will lose!

Highly unreliable and slow.

This platform just isn't worth it - it takes hours (sometimes overnight) for executed and confirmed orders to be reflected in your asset balances.

The 2FA is just as unreliable.

What makes it worse, the copy on the platform is terribly unclear and at times self-conflicting.

It's a pity because they have a great range of trading pairs - the platform is just too poor to use.

One of the critical exchange and lot more space to grow in Indian space. More benchmarkings required but still smoothness of day to day usage is much appreciable.

An exchange which I like due to its simplicity and new things coming in. Team is working to bring some new stuffs like airdrops, offers, etc.

The more I like is that they have working more day by day to bring the site number 1.
