SCAM Website

run away , it's scam
they banned me from login to my account even thought I didn't do anything wrong and even my number and password are right ,,, the support team just has one message to reply ,, no helping at all,,
I'm 100 percent sure there is no issue in my account , they just don't let you log in
sometimes they send you the text message without the email verification, and sometimes send you the email without the sms ( don't use this website and lost your money )

Here's the thing with Coinex

Here's the thing with Coinex: If a deposit doesn't arrive despite sending it to the correct address with the correct suffix (if required), you're NOT getting your crypto back, and Coinbase will not give you a satisfactory explanation... it's simply gone, and you've gotta live with it.

Pro support team

I sent some ATOM to my CoinEx wallet but I didn’t get it there. I contacted their support team via email and they responded so nicely and after doing some actions the lost fund was returned to my wallet. They were really helpful. Thank you CoinEx team.

do not use the app/website. (bad service)

do not use the app/website.

they will block your login.
they will refuse to let you access your account.

they will halt your 2FA/SMS authentication then ask you for details which you dont have, even if you still have the password/email/sms working, they will steal your funds.

Nonexistent support staff

Would not recommend - their support staff are incredibly useless, just parroting the same copy and paste answer and ignoring the actual question I'm asking.

Definitely take your funds elsewhere and use a more reputable provider!

RUN AWAY FROM COINEX!

RUN AWAY FROM COINEX!

Never trade future on this site!
It remove your Stop loss, happened multiple times to me, I traded 2 years on Binance, never had this issue.
When it takes your TP it’s instant: it shows 400$ benefits, and you win 400$ so it’s okay,
BUT
When it reach your SL it wait 10-20 seconds before closing your position,
So it shows you will lose 100$ but at the end you lose 150$.

This site is made to steal your money, runaway!

All was going well with CoinEX until I…

All was going well with CoinEX until I wanted to withdraw my money out I was told I had accumulated transactions volume and profit exceeding 500% and have matched their commission standards what ever that means. I was told to pay a 10 % commission fee of $24,000 but it could not be taken out of my account I had to pay separately from my pocket. It smelled fishy to me they frozen my account until I pay it so I lost the money I had originally put in plus the profits I made

No complaints

I've used Coinex for a while to trade BTC to LBC and it works well. The fees seem reasonable - although I'm not a veteran crypto trader.

Once I uninstalled my Google authenticator app, locking me out of a bunch of services. The process for re-authenticating my Coinex account was pretty straightforward.

I am not sure why coinex got always…

I am not sure why coinex got always lower price than other platforms such as tradingview.com, stromgain etc even in same time. I was doing btc trading on coinex and saw that difference price in same time, coinex had btc price $21424 and tradingview had $21464. Althoug I had open trading signal for coinex in tradingview, price was moving so low on coinex actual site so that trader can't make much profit as it is need to be real profit. It is looking like a little signal hack or scam to traders. Once this is fix, I can give 5 star if not it will go to even lower star.

Mal sitio...bad website

_____________
A friend told me about the CoinEx platform, which allowed trading, scalping and other wonders with cryptocurrencies. I give myself the task of investigating if it was safe to invest money there.

I clarify that I did not register and I invested little money on that platform.

For me it has many negative things.

-They bought a domain created in 2001 and on that basis they developed their platform, thus looking for antiquity.

-They mention registering and being under the jurisdiction of the laws of Samoa but they do not mention having any license to operate in cryptocurrency.

-In several paragraphs they mention Fintech but they are just empty words.

-Well, you can invest your money and if it seems like a good amount, they delete your account and you lose everything.

-They have hundreds of reports on the sale of fake products.
