Don't trust this company coinEx is just…

Don't trust this company coinEx is just a shamble of what it said. I was wooed by Sandra who told me to come in to try this site. Coinex promised to deliver $8000 every week but they never did. They said that they had sent $8000 to my e Exodus wallet but they confirmed that there was no money that they sent. I believe they sent Thoreum crypto currency which when swapped one gets zero out of it. Then they wanted to charge me $1850 for sending my profile profits supposed to be $170000 from compounding interests. All fake account fake money and though I have lost over $1000 I am sending a warning to all don't try it. I regretted trusting Sandra the Manager. I was so gullible. Regret investor

New account, one transfer only (313.5 USDT), blocked for a month despite all evidence. Apparently, the platform excels at blocking small accounts more than protecting users’ funds!

Withdrawal issues

I’ve been a CoinEx user dealing with a nightmare withdrawal issue for s few months , and their complete lack of accountability has wiped out the value of my holdings. Despite multiple tickets and follow-ups, no one has provided a real solution to access or withdraw my remaining assets. Support just repeats generic responses, ignoring the urgency while crypto prices fluctuate and my portfolio bleeds value daily.
This isn’t customer service—it’s negligence. CoinEx prioritizes excuses over resolutions, leaving users stranded. If you’re thinking of using this exchange, run the other way. Platforms like this erode trust in crypto entirely.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS:

I placed a quick scalp trade on XRP, but the move ran too far so I cancelled the order. The platform said it was cancelled, but apparently it wasn’t — it stayed active in the orderbook and ended up getting liquidated.

When I contacted support, they just said I never cancelled it, even though the interface clearly showed I did. Either the system glitched or they’re not being honest, but either way it’s not okay.

If you can’t trust what the site tells you, you shouldn’t be trading there

Manipulative app

I’ve been using this platform for 3 years. Unfortunately, like many other platforms, it took advantage of the recent whale movements and liquidated my positions, even though I trade with 3x leverage. They charge high commissions on trades and deduct part of the profits, citing a lack of liquidity, even with Bitcoin. They didn’t stop at these hidden fees and decided to take both my capital and years of effort in less than an hour. You might tell me that all platforms have done this, but let me tell you, CoinEx is the worst. The app froze during these critical moments. I contacted customer support about the issue, and they responded that they will improve it in the future, as if they even have a future. They advised me to improve my risk management while trading Bitcoin and Ethereum with 3x leverage. But how am I supposed to manage risk when they’re liquidating such positions despite the low leverage? I believe these platforms are coming to an end, especially when futures on major assets get liquidated in minutes with 3x leverage. Should we trade with 1x leverage instead? In that case, it would be spot trading, and we wouldn’t need these platforms for spot trading

Beware

Beware
Scam

I am using this exchange since 2021. Everything working fine until I have below 1k usdt. Suddenly after new deposit my portfolio increase to +5k usdt.

Suddenly Coinex exchange frozen my fund by blocking crypto withdrawal and asking for meaningless query.

If you are new in crypto then you can use big exchanges like binance, Bybit .

Don't use this exchange

CoinEx blocking my withdrawals despite Basic KYC verification – warning to other users

Hello everyone,
I want to report my experience so other users are aware.
I have already completed Basic verification, which according to CoinEx’s own rules allows up to 1,000,000 USDT daily withdrawal limits.
Despite this, CoinEx has frozen my withdrawals and refuses to let me access my funds unless I complete “Advanced verification.”
The issue is that the specific requirement they are demanding is not possible for me to provide, and I have explained this multiple times.
I have offered valid alternatives:
Passport / government-issued ID
Live video verification
Proof of address documents in my name
Yet CoinEx support keeps sending the same response, refusing to accept anything other than one method that I cannot complete.
This means they are effectively holding my assets hostage despite me being a verified Basic user.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to CoinEx compliance, and if this is not resolved I will escalate to the relevant regulators.
⚠️ Users should be aware that even if you pass Basic KYC, CoinEx can still block your withdrawals and demand Advanced verification under conditions that may be impossible to meet.
Has anyone else here faced this same issue? What worked for you?

Simple to use platform with lots of coins

Simple to use platform with lots of coins to trade.
If p2p and loans interest could be better that would be great.

not going to trade anymore

I have done more than 10 trades in your platform but most of them had got to SL. There is something wrong with your platform I guess. Unfortunately I can’t continue more and I prefer not to trade again here. And I also lost most of my funds.
