Tried signing up to Conify for exchange of Bitcoin to AUD - Sign up security code sent via email doesnt work, three differn't codes and same thing - Went with Moonpay instead, even though Im Australian
If Conify cant even get its sign up to work, I wouldnt trust trading with them

We currently do have relatively strict guidelines about receiving exact payments but we are working on improving this process. Regarding your refunds, there has been a technical issue that caused delays, unfortunately. Both of your refunds have been completed now. Normally we refund automatically and refunds are completed within a few minutes.

Bitcoin transactions take quite a long time to get executed (even when transfer received), so the rate may vary a lot and there is no way you can control the price at which you buy...
