My credit cards are denied constantly without any reason by different banks. I guess your credibility is very low and affects us as customers. FIFA should have a different type of payment unfortunately there isn’t and we have to end with your and your crappy system

I would not recommend them
I would not recommend them. I first used them through my ledger account and they said that future trades should go through the direct website. Since I have substantial holdings, we went through the whole verification process, which took a week. During that time BTC fell and I decided to hold off on selling something. Then when it came back up I went back online and my account showed unverified. I sent several emails asking about that. but couldn't get a reply. Then a few weeks later they had the audacity to ask me whether I now wanted to sell something, since BTC had come back up. I had already started trading with Binance and have no intention to ever deal with coinify again.

Unable to add funds to my wallet in FIFA Collect. I was able to do it once and then it was impossible. I tried with my 4 cards.

It's the shitties experience ever. My citizenship wasn't available to approve even though it said they did on their website. Their iframes inside other websites are shit. It makes everything incredibly more complicated that simply paying something with a credit card, I can't believe FIFA is using this system, it's the worst I've seen to purchase something ever.
