Crpto taxes are particularly difficult to navigate. This was my fourth year using CoinLedger and clearly the most difficult with the new tax system. It seemed a bit expensive, but complications using 4 exchanges made it necessary and worth the money. I got great feedback and communication from CoinLedger…surprising in this age of robotic interference. Definitely 5 stars from me

Coinledger has become an indispensable tool for organizing and preparing my crypto taxes. The platform itself is very intuitive, and I appreciate how it is able to consolidate transactions across multiple wallets and exchanges into a single, organized report.

What continues to stand out, though, is the quality of customer support. I once again worked with Farouk, who was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to review my questions in detail and guided me through resolving some complex transaction history issues without making it feel overwhelming.

Overall, CoinLedger made what could have been a very stressful process much more manageable. Between the software and the support team, I felt confident in the final report I generated.

I have used CoinLedger to handle my Crypto tracking and reporting for two years. Last year the process of integrating CoinLedger's output into Turbotax went very well.

This year is obviously a bit more of a challenge due to 1099-DAs and shifting government requirements, but from what I see so far, the product is accurately and fairly reporting my transactions.

From a support perspective, the CoinLedger team (Farouk most frequently) has been nothing short of amazing! I have run many question past them this year. Each time I received a quick response and valuable insight to get the job done correctly.

Karel provided excellent support in answering my question about missing items in the 8949 report. He provided a clear explanation with screenshots of how to fix the problem and ensure the values were being included and calculated without issue.

Yuri was great! Our issue spanned several weeks and he was on top of communicating updates etc. In this day and age, it was relieving to work with someone like Yuri. He is the reason I will continue to work with CoinLedger.

The AI was not much help to me and it took awhile to get past it to a real person. Once I did, I was emailing with Farouk and my issue was taken care of immediately. Very happy with their customer support.

Coinledger doesn’t recognize a loss, even though purchase price is downloaded. Shows zero cost for USDC, will not sync with Bittensor wallet. Too many transactions have to be manually downloaded. What am I paying them for?

I needed clarification on my 2025 Tax Report and Caio provided quick, helpful customer service. Very positive assistance with tax reporting year-after-year!

I've been using Coinledger for several years now, and this year was more challenging because of the new per-wallet method of tax preperation as opposed to the old standard universal methods. As a result, there was more tedious research on my end to make this transition and more help required by Coinledger's agents from both FIN(bot) and live agents. Even though FIN is a bot, it's amazing how quick and thorough it responded. Of course, it is not to replace a live agent; in which there were times I did need a live agent, at least FIN was there to get a quick possible solution in meantime. Keep in mind, compared to past years, the 2025 tax season is the first using per-wallet methodology, which delayed response time a bit. Of the live agents, Farouk was quite helpful and I thank him for all the help. But, of all the agents that helped me over the years including for the 2025 tax season, Yuri is my ultimate go to person. Like in previous years, He not only guided me, but is a damn good teacher which helped me become much more equipped to get my data for the 2025 tax season with an understanding to achieve a resolve with the per-wallet methodology. It is been helpful that correspondences between and myself and all agents remain within Messages in Coinledger, so I can go back to verify my understanding in use for issues during the present. Absolutely great experience. I had Jon, Jhessa and Yuri, all working my account. They pulled stuff from years ago and straightened out my crypto history from day 1 until today. I feel much more confident now that I’ve got a comprehensive & correct history to present to the irs. Sticker shock at the beginning was high but now that I’ve see what they can do, I’ll pay it every year. Thanks!

Starting the process was easy and my assigned representative was highly knowledgeable and completed my case quickly so I was able to get the information to my tax preparer well before the tax filing deadline. Based on new IRS guidance I would never have been able to prepare the crypto portion of my return without the work done by Coinledger. This was a great experience.
