My experience with CoinLedger support hasn't been the best experience I have had. With that being said there are so many other tax software companies to choose from. This is my first time with CoinLedger support. It seems like the support person didn't know where to begin with the information that they had on hand. I had texted support that I was using their software CoinLedger, trying to manualy move csv files from Robinhood drag and drop, getting a 403 error code in the process and using Microsoft windows 11 Defender as a antivirus only. Doesn't that sound straight forward? I have dealt with Awaken support before and have had a much better experience in response time and instant troubleshooting and resolve.

Their interface seemed to be easy enough to use, but then I actually tried to use it. Uf you are using Coinbase, then dont bother with Coinledger. Every single transaction came back with missing information. Their support had nothing useful to tell me. And because I downloaded a report [which you would have to do to see that it is missing information] they refused a refund. SKIP THIS SERVICE. It is trash.

I had issues with receiving my CRA Schedule 3 reports.
Farouk was able to provide the reports. He followed up and was persistent.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience when using CoinLedger's services. The response time and clarity of what steps needed to be taken to reach my crypto goals were effiicient and thorougly met. Jon broke down my information in clear, concise steps and followed up with next steps and suggestions very nicely. I was not left guessing during the process and did not feel uncomfortable asking questions.I would use CoinLedger again.

My experience working with Jon at CoinLedger has been great. I have been using them for a few years now. There communication, Crypto knowledge and timeliness are on point. I highly recommend CoinLedger services.

I have used CoinLedger for about three years and I'm happy to have a company like this to help me reconcile my transactions from multiple wallets. I worked with Farouk this year and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I had many questions and he always had the answers. Customer Service is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and patient person on their team.

Taxes were an absolute headache this year. I was totally fearful and didn’t know where to begin. CoinLedger’s Done for You team (shoutout to Jon Tan!) really made it simple and mostly hands-off as far as what they needed me to do. They kept me calm and reassured me that things would be handled. And handled they were! I’m forever grateful and will be using you guys every year that I have crypto taxes to report!

While the onset is very easy to use. As things start to stack up tons of issues arise with your imports and everything. I thought I got most of everything fixed. And with this software I would be able to easily integrate into TurboTax or h&r block. Reality was what work I did put into fixing was ultimately pointless. When I ended up filing my taxes, all those same errors popped up and I had quite frankly don't have the time to do it again. So what should have washed out as far as gains and losses? Pretty much just turned into me paying for my gains. Some of the information did stick before the gains and losses. But only the ones that were not given input data from me. The ones that worked were the ones that imported with all of the data from the various exchanges and wallets I used. Long story short, I wish I went with a different company. This was pretty much a waste of $40 and seems like a big scam to get you to spend $500 to get them to do your taxes.

I've used them for a few years, and they also have actual humans helping out when there's an issue - and very responsive. Don't go it on your own, too easy to mess it up, it's worth what you pay. Highly recommend.

Excellent product and outstanding support. I've used CoinLedger since it started in 2018 and it only gets better for the same reasonable price. My recent questions during tax prep were answered thoroughly and promptly.

Ive been using coinledger for years now and they always have support that responds and helps. This year i have the pleasure of working with Farouk as my support/crypto tax guide. He has helped with every aspect and responds in a timely manner every time. cant say enough good about Farouk, without him i would be lost. crypto taxes are always the most stressful time of the year for me and Farouk is making it calm experience. I have been paired up with support in the past that was lacking and did not respond, but when you get a good one you really get a good one! Farouk, well done!

The application is very user-friendly, and the customer support staff are well-prepared and are very nice people, answering your questions in minutes!

I personally am not computer savvy & customer service was a 5/5 as Farouk personally was the one who I give all credit to as he to show patience with a client who is not computer savvy. He walked me through all my problems & everything was resolved. I can’t thank him & Coinledger enough for the service they provide. Best crypto company to help you with your taxes.

My Experience with CoinLedge customer service agent FAROUK is what i expect from customer service, as someone for the first time using CoinLegder was very helpfull with my questions etc.....he made sure he got to me in a timely manner and made himself available for any further questions. Karel did not give up on a difficult problem I was having importing data. In the end the problem was resolved.

Using Coinledger is a nightmare, with the main problems being: 1. The cost of the stablecoin USDC is set to zero. 2. Transfers from Coinbase Bitcoin-Backed Loans with Morpho cannot be recognized. 3. There is no well-known Fidelity exchange. 4. There is no well-known Figure Markets exchange.
