I tried buying bitcoin for the first…
I tried buying bitcoin for the first time ever on Coinmama in order to buy a product from a business that only wanted bitcoin. I did not know I would have to have my own “wallet” to purchase. I just followed the instructions of the vendor, who said to put their “wallet” details in the field. That made sense to me, having no experience on bitcoin, since I am paying them. So what immediately happened was account locked. OK so first attempt failed. They would not help to reinstate it, and then - having never traded on it - they then kept all my data which I had to send them such as my photo, and drivers license. So i had to give them my personal data which they have kept and i got no service. Personally I am confirmed in my view that bitcoin is a terrible idea in the first place. That said, since they do not provide any service they should delete your data. Also make it easier for beginners, and explain their processes better.
