Trying to transfer BTC to another wallet. Coinmerce keeps on rejecting the address, without giving a reason, and not responding to my emails.
My coins are locked inside of Coinmerce.

I am trying to get my crypto from Binance to Coinmerce, because they were migrating to Coinmerce.
It has been nearly 5 months and counting. Still no crypto, still no help, stil no progress.
Binance and Coinmerce are still 'looking for a solution'.

I didn’t even choose this platform, all my assets were forcefully moved here after Binance left the EU. No warning, no second option. Just dumped into Coinmerce like I had a choice. And from that moment, it’s been nothing but stress.

Trying to withdraw anything is a joke. They mark transactions as “Completed” with no transaction ID, and nothing ever arrives in your wallet. I’ve tried sending small amounts to MetaMask on the BNB chain it’s been HOURS, still nothing. Support? Absolutely useless. All they do is send copy-paste responses or ignore you completely. No real help, no urgency and you’re left watching your money disappear into the void.

What kind of crypto platform doesn’t let you send your own assets to another wallet? I can’t send to MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or even another verified Coinmerce user. It’s like they own your coins the moment they arrive. Total contradiction to what crypto is supposed to be: freedom, control, transparency. This app is everything crypto is not.

They make it super easy to buy and deposit, but once you want to withdraw good luck. It’s like they want to lock you in and keep your assets hostage. Honestly, Coinmerce is nothing but a centralized black hole. I’m done with this platform, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

If you care about your money, time, and sanity stay far away from Coinmerce. There are better platforms out there that respect your time and your crypto.

Terrible platform! they di-list currencies give you 12 days notice by email, then they sell on your behalf without notice at whatever current rate is, you end up losing money and they don't care when you contact support they keep responding same standard answers, its not a stable platform because they keep listing and dilisting currencies, so annoying, definitely moving away to another platform.

Coinmerce is a great tool for those people interested in transacting with coins, and not knowing too much about Blockchain. Coinmerce makes it easy. It has great tutorials. The only problem is that it is mostly for Dutch speakers, as the profile does not hold the "English language"as your preferred one. Apart from that, it is a great platform for Bitcoin fans. I do recommend the platform!

Very expensive broker. If you sum up what you bought and what you sold, you’ll understand how much they charge you in transaction fees.
Also they dislist the coins and you loose money because the coins had oportunity to grow.

COINMERCE IS STEALING MY ASSETS!! FOR 2 YEARS I HAVE NOT HAD ACCESS TO MY ASSETS AFTER THEY WETE TRANSFERRED FROM BINANCE. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND THE REFUSE TO RETURN MY ASSETS AND KEEP STALLING SAYING THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH BINANCE. I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH BINANCE AND THEY ARE LYING. DISHONEST THIEVES... PONZI COMES TO MIND. THE SERVICE HEAD IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND ITS BEEN BACK AND FORTH FOR 8 MONTHS NOW.
