I use a few crypto exchanges and one of the best definitely is Coinmetro. Safe, good customer service, I really trust Them and recommend Them to others.

Love CoinMetro! Such a great company - trustworthy, transparent, and finally something that stands for people first. Customer support is top notch and the CEO/founder seems like a very intelligent, honest, and authentic guy really looking to build something amazing for the everyday person to use financially without getting taken advantage of, like with traditional banking systems. Looking forward to the day CoinMetro will replace traditional banks!

Trustworthy and easy to use for making all kinds of investments. They are legit and will offer full support for all issues. We use them for the last 3 years without any issues.

CoinMetro spends a lot of time with their customers. They are one of the few exchanges where I have seen a raw order book with no fake volume. Furthermore, even as crypto changes or networks upgrade, they don't just leave you hanging wondering where your money is. They adapt and figure things out on the fly.

Good, trustworthy regulated exchange, only had good experiences, except when they put a price floor on XCM, stupid idea, just let the market regulate the price, I don't get it.

Fees are the lowest around, and they list a lot of gems earlier than any other exchange, which lead to some people buying things like LINK when it was 17 cents. The community is awesome, and the CEO is a likeable approachable person who even does regular AMA's on YouTube where everyone can ask him questions live.

They also don't trade against their users like Binance or FTT did.

Overall I see a great future for this exchange since it's already regulated, and really transparent. You see what happens if you go with exchanges like FTX, Binance will follow in FTX footsteps soon, mark my words.

our team is working to reactivate the buy side of the order book, but it could take a few more months.
Please note that unfortunately, it is not possible to place a market sell order for XCM at the moment due to some liquidity issues we are facing on the buy side of the XCM order books. You can still place a limit order to sell your XCM; however, we cannot guarantee a timeframe on when this would fill due to the current circumstances.

Coinmetro will also not be party to any over-the-counter (OTC) deals for XCM.

We would like to assure you that our main focus right now is reactivating the XCM order books to regain liquidity on the buy side. We are in no way against our users selling their XCM. However, we also do not want to act in contrast to our main goal of reactivating the order books.

In the meantime, please be aware that there are still ways you can use your XCM on the Coinmetro platform:
- XCM Staking - Make passive income and earn multi-asset rewards by staking your XCM with the MARs (Multi-Asset Rewards) program - one of the industry's best passive income plans,
- Margin Collateral - XCM can now be used as collateral on the margin platform. The feature allows you to use our Margin product even when just holding XCM.

I've used this for;
- fiat on/off ramps and successfully depositing and withdrawing GBP and EUR with ease
- FLUX Staking
- ETH swaps

It's a great company and has fantastic customer service. I had an IM chat with Alejandra who immediately resolved some issues I was having and it was fixed within 2 minutes. User friendly and nice UI - best CEX available in terms of safety and trust.

I had never heard of Coinmetro, until I was referred by a friend. I personally never look at referral programs as I just want to buy and hold, but if you have a good following, then I can see it making sense here.
I was quite surprised that I had never heard of Coinmetro, and I'm very pleased with experience so far. Knowing that they do not just list any coin, or token and actually investigate the projects behind tokens before listing them makes this company feel like a real boutique exchange and not some monster exchange listing rug-pull tokens.
Customer support is a 10 out of 10 here. Fast and super helpful. I even learned a thing or two about margin.
Overall, a great exchange with good liquidity on the common coins like BTC and ETH.
Keep watching this one. Crypto is getting into a new phase, and after regulation is done with the big boys, I can see a scenario for Coinmetro as a "last man Standing".
