I have been doing business with CoinMetro since early 2021. They are a steady growth company that will make the moves but in a solid way. I will be a longterm customer.

A suggestion for growth is to increase the ability to convert coins without moving to cash then back to another coin. I know this is a securities issue, but one that would be great to iron out.

Recently I had an issue with the verification process of my account and as anybody with funds in a exchange I got a little bit stressed out. Fortunately the support team was there immediately to help me out, Will, Sudip, they all were extremely helpful but above all I will like to recommend Tairo, he was extremely professional and attentive.

I received the most helpful support from Michael and the team at Coinmetro! They are always quick to respond to my inquiries and lead with kindness to provide me with the answers I need. I would highly recommend Coinmetro as their customer service is top notch!

I'm going to give CoinMetro the benefit of the doubt and update my review. About a week ago, my account was unlocked and I received a very nice and sincere personal e-mail from Kevin Murcko. Kevin explained the issue (which included some factors that were outside of CoinMetro's control) and sincerely apologized for the length of time my account was locked. I will say, other than this issue (which was pretty severe!), I have had very good experiences with CoinMetro, especially the help group at CoinMetro. They have been super-responsive and helpful the 4-5 times I've contacted them since opening my account. So, I decided to wait a week to make sure everything is still working properly, which it is, and then write this update. All is good! I left my original review below for reference, but again, all is good now!

BEWARE before you set up an account with CoinMetro. My account has been blocked for trading since early January (similar to other recent reviews). I have contacted the help group 15 times over the 3 months and have received responses that say only that the team is working on it, with no follow-up explanation or an estimate of time to resolve the issue. I have sent 4 emails to the CEO, Kevin Murcko, the last 2 without a response and the first 2 with only a response that he’d look into it. Meanwhile, my money and investments are blocked. Cannot trade and cannot withdraw for 3 months. With no explanation! From reading other reviews, I am clearly not the only account with this issue. Again, BEWARE!

I made an error with a Kadena withdrawl using a non-k: address. Coinmetro was able to reverse that transaction and place my withdrawn tokens back into my Coinmetro account.

Coinmetro, is by far, THE best centralized exchange out there and I've used just about every other one. I had some concerns and Coinmetro was on it within 5 minutes, attending to my questions and requests. Other centralized exchanges' customer service are unmatched compared with Coinmetro. I highly recommend for both new and experienced users.

This doesn't even cover my appreciation for the app, website front end, staking opportunities, and blog. Thank you Coinmetro and team!

Excellent service. The best

I very rarely post any reviews but I have to say this exchange has been brilliant. Their response times are extremely quick in comparison to other exchanges. My deposits and withdrawals were smooth with no issues whatsoever. I just hope they continue to provide the same level of service as they grow to compete with the bigger exchanges because their service has been second to none.

I had a onboarding transaction trying to load Fiat stuck due to a techinal flag, my coinmetro account is Steve and my bank card is Stephen.
I went direct to the CEO Kevin Murco who dealt with this, even though he was away on business in Mexico!
It was only a small amount but Kevin still resolved the issue promptly.
I hope CoinMetro maintain the amazing customer service like now as the company, without doubt, grows into a massive exchange to rival the big guns like Coinbase.
You would never get this sort of customer service with Kucoin or Binance.
