Having thoroughly studied the Coinmetro reviews on Trustpilot some 18 months ago and decided to use them as my go to Exchange,I want to give a big thumbs up to both Coinmetro and Trustpilot for their integrity,and saving my bacon in what would otherwise be bandit territory without access to such information.

The fact that Kevin and the team are so reachable either on Telegram or by email and other means of communication makes me trust the project. Also, the constant updates on the UI and features rest us assure they keep working with enthusiasm on the exchange

I have had the pleasure of speaking with the Coinmetro support for quite a few times now and in every single conversation they exceeded my expectations.

Whenever I use the live chat I get an answer within a minute and no matter what issue I had (all of them were my own faults) it was resolved within 20 minutes at most. Also, every single person I talked to was super competent, experienced and helpful.
This time it was Lampros and he managed to get lost funds from a declined transaction back on to my account within 10 minutes!
Usually, I decline when asked to write reviews, even when the experience I had was actually good. However, with Coinmetro the experience is so beyond anything that I have ever experienced, that I actually wanted to write a review now. They deserve it! They don`t just make you feel like they care, they actually prove it again and again.

Thank you coinmetro team! You are the absolute best and I wish the entire company a most succesful ending of the year and hopefully an even better year to come!

Terrible experience with Coinmetro and very unresponsive management team.

5 months ago I've been in multiple contacts with the coinmetro support team after "losing" over 5 digits $ with a deposit of USDT (which isn't supported) to my coinmetro address. The USDT can be recovered by Tether however they need approval from Coinmetro to do this, which they do not want to approve... When asking for a reason the support team mentioned that giving up the reason goes against Coinmetro’s compliance terms.

My last resort was contacting the CEO of Coinmetro, and after a quick reply I was very hopeful my funds could be recovered after all. Sadly enough I have send 17 emails over the last 5 months, and only got 1 reply that I wasn't being ignored but that they were busy..... At this point I'm just extremely disappointed about the horrible service of this exchange and writing off the 5 digits as I don't think they'll ever be recovered. If things will change I'll post an update here, however after everything I've tried I don't recommend using Coinmetro.

UPDATE 18-11-2022: After the comment posted by Michael from Coinmetro I was hopefull this could still be sorted. I've sent 3 emails to Michael in a period of 4 weeks and have received ZERO replies....

Best customer service in the industry. I received an answer to my question in a matter of minutes. Other exchanges take days.

The only crypto exchange I would trust with my money. Quick deposit/withdrawal. Company is still growing, can't wait to see what's next.

Back in April, Coinmetro organised contests in discord. I was picked as a winner for guessing the correct answer and received my price on the same day.

Additionally I have never experienced any issues with withdrawing oder depositing money/ crypto. Even if, you can always go to the Coinmetro Telegram group where the CEO and the Head of Product is responding to your issue. Furtermore there is 24/7 support!

Unique Features/ products for instance:
- MARS, where you get different assets for staking the Coinmetro Token: XCM.
- Portfolio Swapper: you can do your monthly/ weekly DCA with one click. There is no need anymore to put a saving plan on all assets seperately.
- As mentioned, direct interactions with the CEO. You can ask questions and raise your issues.

I’ve been invested in Coinmetro for 2+ years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The costumer service is very friendly, quick to answer and straight to the point. The platform is easy to use and their staking program is incredibly generous.

The customer support is awesome, they always answer to you requests or questions really fast, they are very very supportive. And the CEO of the company every week gives an AMA and has some video series in youtube that gives you much more clarity and knowledge about how crypto works. I love this company.

Several contacts with the support has been fast and helpful, withdrawals and deposits have also been quick. Transparent communication from the team has helped to stay tuned on whats happening and what kind of updates are in the works. Coinmetro is first exchange I joined when I got into crypto, and compared to some other options on the market I've been very pleased with the platform!

I found coinmetro to be very security minded, when comes to their clients. The checks are thorough and fair. I personally found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Have no reason to not do direct business on this platform.
