Order placed on June 5th and received on July 9th, which is more than a month after the 14-day shipping period indicated by Coin Mining. Coin Mining does not adhere to its shipping terms. As a result, one day after my €7000 order, they reduced the machine's price by €1500. They have no respect for their customers. Avoid this malicious company.

Thank you for adding a service review, however we are rather confused by it as the miner arrived with you within the standard timeframe of future batch release units, and we've been in constant contact with you during this period.
Details of the shipping timeframe of these units are clearly explained on our company's Shipping Policy and FAQ pages, as well as covered in the response to your very first email about this order to us.
Excerpt from our Shipping Policy:
As per standard, we aim to arrange dispatch for all in-stock units within 7 working days once payment has been received. Once the order is dispatched, as an estimate it will then takes 5-10 working days to arrive from the courier company. Please note, all future release units first need to be released by and received from the manufacturer, before they can be classed as in-stock.
‘Month’ batch (ie. April batch)
This means that these units are from further release batches and will only be released by the manufacturer on the said ‘Month’. Please note, the predicted release month (and or date) is set by the manufacturer and it is their best estimate only. Coin Mining Central has no control over the exact release date and cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer withholds, withdraws or delays the batch release.
Details of your order:
- On 7 June 2024 you placed and paid for an order for JUNE BATCH (which means it is a future release batch) ICERIVER KS5L Kaspa Miner (12 TH/s).
- On 7th, 9th, 10th, 17th, 26th June and 3rd, 4th July we've exchanged emails with you always responding to your queries and explaining the shipping terms for all future release batch orders and keeping you informed on how far in the process your order is.
- On 6 July 2024, DHL marked your order as ready for clearance and added a note stating that 'Customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination'.
- On 7 July 2024, your order had arrived in your country and customs were cleared.
- On 9th July DHL courier delivered the unit to you.
With regards to pricing, as our prices are linked to those of the market and set by the manufacturer, they are very volatile and tend to fluctuate. Meaning that they may go up or down throughout the term of their life.
We would kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our company's policies and processes and look through our FAQ pages before placing any future order.
