I made a request to withdraw USDT from my wallet account since the 17th of march 2024. We are now on the 24th of march 2024 and the status is still pending. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions but the response is always the same; they are working on it and offered their apologies!
I see that there are many complaints about the same issue on reddit about coinsbit.io
I am beginning to believe that this is a fraudulent platform disguised in Europe just to scam people off their hard earned money.

We need to #cancelcoinsbit, You guys are more than happy to take our coins but refuse to payout withdrawals. Read their reviews before you deposit anything to these scamming thieves.. if you don't believe me, ask Forkbeard the dev for galecoin or the countless other users such as myself, will all have the same if not similar experiences with this shady company. It has now been almost 1 entire month since I attempted to withdraw 60usdt from this exchange and I still have not received those coins

I'm not able to take withdrawal of my own money. it's stuck for almost 2 months now. The support team gave nonsense reasons for not transferring the asset. And now I'm helpless and can't do anything to get my money back. I strongly don't recommend this exchange for transactions or trading. I'm gonna file a legal complaint against this exchange now. This is a kind of scam or fraud they are doing I guess. And this is 100% intentional they are doing this with customers. I tried many times to request them to transfer my money but unfortunately, I'm not getting any help from coinsbit.io

I registered on coinsbit.io to buy TRDO. Despite numerous emails, the support team informed me that TRDO deposits are temporarily closed. They assured me that the issue is being addressed. On Feb 15, 2024, I initiated a USDT transfer but faced persistent issues – unresponsive support, a faulty ticket system for a month, and a pending withdrawal. Avoid this exchange; it seems like a scam. Support tickets show errors for two months. Stick to mainstream platforms like Binance and Coinbase for reliable withdrawals.

Coinsbit's response: "Due to heavy system load, temporary inconveniences may arise. Our technical department is working on a resolution. We've resubmitted your request for quicker resolution. Sorry for the inconvenience; your issue will be resolved soon."

after 3 months or chasing the support team this is the message I received. These guys are a massive fraud team. Save your hars earned money. It appears they have changed the domain name of coinsbit.

I have given a withdraw of 1500 USDT on 02/02/2024 , no use today is 15/02/2024 the withdrawal is showing pending. Dont use this scam exchange. Support ticket showing error for two months. Don't use this scam exchange, this is a scam exchange.

Good day I have a question so I did a few tasks via digital company they use coinsbit website the second task I bought a wrong currency I immediately did a remedial task and then I had to pay 4000 upfront to bring my credit score to 100 which I did they then asked me to pay 3000 for a payout which I did ..my payout is now standing at 26000 so today they said I need to pay 20% tax which is R5206 inorder to withdraw all my funds ..I am scared to put money again with coinsbit ..please help me. Does this happen ? Where you need to pay for tax to get paid out your income profits ?

I have been waiting for a withdrawal in BNB for more than 2 weeks, coinsbit is a very unreliable platform, I realized it very late.The customer service is poor, there is an agent on telegram called "SERGIO" who does not help, just parrots. I can only tell you that do not put your money here you will be scammed.

The wait has been extended for more than 1 month and I still have not received my funds.

I have $ 9,821 USD in this exchange and they don’t pay out. Don’t use this exchange. You will lose all your funds. I will create a video about this with all the proof. Keep your funds safe and don’t deposit anything in Coinsbit.

Withdrawal pending for 864.08312063 USDT from the 7th of December 2023.

Scammers they refused to give me back my usdt over 2 months now, The name on my title got me back my money !

I've tried to withdraw USDT on the 7th December, it's now 12th January. I've emailed them asking them to tell me what's going on and they just tell me "our technical team are working on it". I've been back and fourth with them resulting in me asking them to cancel my withdrawal. What response did I get? "Our team is working on your solution". This is beyond a joke! To top it off im reading they do this to people who are not KYC registered, guess what! I am! Still can't withdraw my funds 5 weeks later!! Worst exchange, don't use!

Every time I tried to make a withdraw it took too long. My ultima withdraw was pending for 23 days and after that, they canceled it. I sold it on coinsbit and tried to send my USDT to Binance. I am waiting since december 22, and now it's january 9th. I tried to contact the support many times, but I recieved the same answer. I think they have bots on their support team. I have almost 3000 usdt pending and I am still waiting to get it

Absolute scam exchange! Alex from Ultima owns this exchange hence he can manipulate the algorithms and delay any withdrawals. Avoid at all costs

The moment you want to move crypto to your wallet they have always technical issues... for the moment it is more the 16 days ago that I made the request to widraw ... service in there is very poor...
