I want to withdraw 273 TRX from my wallet but the transaction has been PENDING for more than one week now. I contacted support through e-mail but they are answering with generic robot-like responses. That is to say, they seem to can't make even one sentence on their own. They are very terrible. Stay away from them! Whatever happens to my transaction, this will be my final with them. They were featured in the Forbes website...so now you know if you can even trust anything that Forbes media publishes. It's up to you guys! Maybe you shouldn't trust Forbes too! I have all the evidence! This is a genuine review. Stay safe everyone!

The absolute slowest platform for withdrawals. Its just terrible plus customer service is horrific. You open a ticket with your question, they respond to you within 24hr however they do not actually answer your question or solve your problem yet they close your ticket so you have to open another ticket and explain everything all over again.

Very poor exchange. Withdrawals can be delayed days long. Support only answers blaa blaa blaa.

Hi, they canceled my jacket that I've been waiting for for days, I made my jacket again, it's been 5 days on standby, support says there's a technical problem everywhere, and no one can do my jacket.I want it resolved immediately,my lawyer is waiting for me to start legal proceedings.

I have been waiting for my Ultima whitdrawal since November 23 and it's now November 30 - and still pending. And no one to contact...

Have been trying to make a withdrawal since Nov 22 but no go. It has been pending for a long time and finally the support released the money back to my account. Now I’ve tried to make a new withdrawal and it’s stuck as pending again. The support reads my messages and change the status to “fixed” but still nothing happens.

Now I’m getting nervous that I won’t get my funds back.

Update Nov 29:
After seven days of worrying I finally got my USDT paid out today. Not impressed with the handling time and the response from the support. The quickest response from support came by email, the tickets on the website were just changed to fixed.

Try to stay away from COINSBIT. Withdrawal requests takes long time. Right now I have been waiting 5 days. The support is like talking to the man in the moon. I also know alot of friends who have the same problem. They should have minus star. But ok I give them 2. After a while they sorted it out with my frayed nerves....

it's an exchange where nothing works properly, transfers take whole days, and if support answers, they don't do anything about your problem and don't solve anything. I'm here for the last time, I'll never trade again on this exchange, I'm leaving here..it's a complete disaster

SCAM . You can NOT withdraw your money or tokens.
They will say that they working on the problem.
Its now over 12 days and still nothing.
They keep canceling my withdrawals .

This is SCAM! Do not trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As many have said already, this is a complete SCAM! Stay FAR FAR AWAY, I hate thatso many others were SCAMMED as I was, and if I could prevent anybody else from getting SCAMMED, this comment is worth it.

This was my experience: I started out with $15k in my account and ended up with $91k with the "help" of somebody who was in on the SCAM. I tried taking the $91k out but it never went through. When I contacted support, they said I have to pay a "1-time" fee of $18k.
I asked why they would not mention this fee and they told me they use a 3rd party payment institution. So then I asked why there was no mention of this 3rd party fee? They were avoiding the question and nothing they said made any sense. I asked what 3rd party payment institution they use, and they also ignored this question a few times before finally saying its "Ethereum fee".. after thouroughly searching, though there is a fee, I didn't find ANYTHING that shows a fee of 20%. What THIEVES! What LIARS!

They are scammer and stealers, they closed the account after taking the depposit from us.

Convenient and good cryptocurrency exchange, I constantly rotate here. There was a problem with the withdrawal, but I contacted support immediately, they helped me, I got my conclusion.

Scammers they help you make some money legitimately to reel you in and than ask you to deposit more and than freeze your account. Its literally one of the worst scams, I hope they bring these people responsible stealing all these peoples money to justice.

Told withdrawals take up to 3 hours. It’s been way past that and still pending. Account is fully verified. I wouldn’t recommend.
