My account has been on hold for weeks

My account has been on hold for weeks. Everytime I try to use Cointree I keep getting "Due to unusual login activity, coin withdrawals on your account have been paused for 7 days" This has been going on for weeks. Since I opened the account I never once been able to buy/sell or trade, due to the above block and when I try to wishdraw my money I get same response. Zero customer service and they will lock your money up.

Thank you Swyftx

I’ve been working with Swyftx for a few weeks now and have found them to be really thorough and helpful. When I first started, I had to go through a process to make sure that I knew the dangers of trading and scamming. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and asked me to send relevant information and documentation to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing.
I did strike a few hiccups along the way and asked questions on the Swyftx site. I managed to speak with Cameron on the chat and he was really helpful. He pleasantly sorted the issue I had and I was quickly back in business. The dealings I have had with Swyftx have been quick and very well managed with professional expertise and kindness. I will be dealing with this Australian platform as my choice of trading and transferring to my wallet in the future.
Thank you Swyftx for being my first choice in future trading. I appreciate the assistance and the helpful advice I have received.

I deposited funds to the platform which…

I deposited funds to the platform which arrived and went well -
On the app it says I need to wait 48 hours, so I waited 72 hours to release the funds to my verified cold storage
Keep in mind I uploaded photos from my cold storage to the support twice as they requested to even be able to open an account with them.

Now I cannot withdraw my crypto with no apparent reason?
I got an email saying they want me to wait 7 days to withdraw my crypto to my VERIFIED WALLET?WHICH I PROVIDED THEM WITH PHOTOS AND THEY APPROVED IT.

Please take care, it might be a scam.
DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR FUNDS TO COINTREE! BE CAREFUL.

Have not logged into my Cointree…

Have not logged into my Cointree account for over a year. However when I did, some service was suspended and later received notice that they have closed down my account? No reason given at all.

Your withdraw process is a joke.

When asking for help and switching it to my other linked account I have now gotten the exact same response 3 times in a row. You guys clearly use bots to reply to people.

It’s going to take a possible 10 business days so 2 weeks, in a world with instant bank transfers… you have got to be joking, people use to have to wait for bank transfers like this 30 yrs ago before I was born 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
