Absolutely appalling customer service.
I spent £349.20 and, despite the company advertising 3–5 business day shipping, my order is still sitting at “We’re preparing these items for shipping” with no dispatch confirmation, no tracking information and no meaningful update.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I have now sent two separate emails to customer service requesting an update and have received absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgement. For a company that is happy to take hundreds of pounds from a customer, the bare minimum should be responding to enquiries and keeping customers informed.
At this point I have no idea when my order will be dispatched, let alone delivered. If there is a delay, be honest about it. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.
For a brand that charges premium prices, the customer service is shockingly poor. I expected far better than being left completely in the dark after spending nearly £350. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you need your items by a specific date or expect any level of customer support.

customer service has seemed to improve. I placed a secondary order which was received in time. However I was missing one item from my order. I raised the issue with customer service they dealt with it quickly and provided a refund. Overall the expirence wasn't the best however the quality of the clothes are great. that cannot be denied. I will definitely order from them again, I will just make sure there is enough time between when I want my clothes and the order date.

it has currently been 13 days since i placed my order with coldculture, the order consisting of two of their tshirts. when i placed the order i attempted to put in a discount code cuz like you know me babe im gonna get a discount wherever i can get one.. however, when i put the code in and i clicked the tick it just refreshed the entire page and took the money out of my account at full price, which like ok fairs i can live w that ig, but initially i wanted to cancel the entire order so i could reorder cuz like hello.. so i emailed them being like heyyy yall can i cancel this order like it's just not my destiny and that, to awake on monday to be told that they actually cannot! even tho the order had not been shipped but like once again, fairs.. anyways, i then looked at the email and realised that the postcode was incorrect which like yeah thats actually my fault im just a spastic and that yk xx, anyways, i emailed them a total of THREE TIMES about the postcode being incorrect, within the week, when they are available to reply to emails and they instead of replying to a single one of my emails, shipped the order then the day AFTER it had been shipped, they replied! i waited 4 days after emailing 3 times regarding the incorrect address before the parcel was shipped and they waited until a day after the parcel had been shipped to say anything which like ok cool what now darling, i had also emailed fedex about the incorrect address and was met with them saying that there is nothing that they can do which like ok.. and since then they've been attempting to deliver the parcel to an address that does not exist, baring in mind the order was also meant to arrive within 3-5 days but the parcel didn't even enter the UK until about 9 days in!! lush that, and i guess there's no form of compensation for this either which like ok fairs take my 5 pound shipping charge like..
anyways, ive now put in a request to both coldculture and fedex in regards to the incorrect address a total of SEVEN times now! and they've only just started doing something about it today! and they said that they cannot even 100% confirm that the address will be modified so there is a chance that they'll just continue forever sending my parcel off to an imaginary fudging address that doesn't.. exist..? like ok go off sis u clocked that gag deowwwn mawmaw purrr dont hurt her sis- i- ;-;
anyways, hate coldculture, their reply times are atrocious and their cancellation policy is also genuinely fudging stupid alongside their entire workforce, and this also goes out to fedex like come on guys can we all just give our heads a wobble and just THINK.. but i digress, when this parcel eventually comes which hopefully is by the end of 2026 atleast, hopefully the clothing will actually atleast be wearable cuz i'm actually soooo over this... fudge coldculture, fudge fedex, fudge everything tbf, want my 5 pound 3-5day shipping fee back considering it's been 13 days please and thank yew...

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a ring, but received a necklace instead. To make matters even worse, the invoice included in the package clearly shows the ring I purchased, not the necklace that was delivered.
The necklace I received does not even appear anywhere on their website, which makes the situation even more concerning. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have received no response whatsoever.
At this point, the whole experience feels extremely suspicious and unprofessional. It honestly feels like a scam.

Upon writing my second review on here, cold culture got in touch with me apologising for the inconvenience they had caused with my return process. They sent me a link that allowed me to create a new return label so I could return the jeans, as they’d previously sent me a faulty one which had lead me to me surpassing the 30 day return period. This time I was able to return my jeans easily, but it’s now been a month and they still haven’t refunded me. This overall has been a long and irritating process and I would just like my money back. I would never recommend anyone to shop here.

We had a problem after only two months that the hoodie was purchased as the printed letters Cold Culture started to peel off from the back. I have to say that customer service was very efficient and they replaced the defective hoodie promptly. I just hope that with the new hoodie this will not happen again, as this will tell me if the perceived quality is also real!

I chose to buy new clothing pieces at Cold Culture mainly because I read about quick delivery, I ordered 4 items on 12th of May and the status called “we’re preparing this items for shipping” still has not updated after 7 days. I contacted customer service and they told me there was going to be a slight delay because of 1 item in my purchase being in high demand, which is a reasonable answer but there is however NO way to find out when they will finalise the shipment and when it will arrive at my home… really annoying to be honest, especially regarding the fact that I spent 220€ and have already been waiting for a week

Very poor customer service and no proper resolution
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I received the wrong item (a different shirt than what I ordered) and immediately tried to resolve the issue through customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response despite sending multiple emails (around 8 in total).
As I received no reply, I eventually went to the physical store in Amsterdam myself to resolve the issue. I returned the incorrect item there and was told it would be handled internally.
However, to this day I still have:
* No confirmation that my return has been processed
* No replacement item sent
* No clear communication or updates
Even after the store staff contacted customer service directly on my behalf, I still did not receive any response.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with extremely poor communication and no proper follow-up, despite me doing everything correctly and even going to the store in person.
I would advise others to be cautious, especially when it comes to returns and customer support, as getting a resolution appears to be very difficult.

I ordered a long-sleeved top from Cold Culture, and then, after more than a week, I received an email saying there had been a problem with my address and they’d sent the item back. I emailed them my address again, and they said the item would arrive on 11 May 2026, but I haven’t heard anything since. However, I’m receiving review emails, which I find cheeky when the long-sleeved top hasn’t even arrived yet.
