I wanted to make a return, a ring that was too small, but the portal won’t accept my order number or email address. I have tried emailing the company and using the online chat which has not been successful . I don’t get any response to my emails. I am now outside the terms for returns but only due to the fact that I can’t use the portal- incredibly frustrating and annoying. I don’t know what else I can do! I also know the email address is not the problem as I continue to be bombarded by marketing emails!!!

TERRIBLE
I received a hoodie that was faulty, which was frustrating enough on its own. A refund was issued, but the return process was unclear and I didn’t send it back at the time. Despite this, there was no meaningful follow-up for two years.
Out of nowhere, I was then contacted demanding over £600, with pressure to settle quickly for £89. After being chased, I ended up paying £90 in total for a £60 hoodie that was faulty in the first place.
The whole situation felt poorly handled — from quality control, to communication, to how the issue was escalated after such a long delay. It doesn’t inspire confidence as a customer.

They are irresponsible.
Dear Customers or Buyers, Once they lose your item by shipping or sent your item to the wrong mail address they wont take any responsibility for it and they wont refund even though its their responsibility.
I bought them from them once. They had 3 days to change my address but instead of doing that they ignored my mail and decided to ship it to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and they told me they are not responsible for it.
I believe that customers has rights.

I purchased a t shirt as a Christmas present, wrong size was sent, label and packaging sizes did not match.
Took time to arrange replacement, and the same issue happened another twice.
So 3 items sent wrong size, ive returned all 3 .
2 for exchange and the 3rd I requested a refund as I didn't trust i would ever get the correct size I ordered.
Now mid April and ive still no refund if goods to show for the £42 i paid in mid December , no way on speaking to anyone it's all emails and take weeks to respond .
I'm assuming will never get refund now and would advise anyone not to order from this company

Finally after months of trying to resolve im getting a refund for the t-shirt , amazing how things move after negative review!
