No customer service. I wanted to return an order and although they did send me some documents for the return, these were not accepted by FedEx! I sent emails to them over many days, but there has been no response from them whatsoever. I sent them messages on IG and there was one reply saying that their colleague has emailed me, but I have not received any emails from them.

Was send two time a sweater with stiching errors regarding firstly the zipper and later to size and proportions, by the third try they send the same sweater to me, this is definitely poor quality for a 130€ sweater I expect a better quality then a 15€ Euro one.
I am need to handle this case since 3 months
Feel scamed, support isn’t answering thinking about to call Amex for a charge back.

My package is marked as delivered even though I did not receive it, I contacted customer service but they did not answer me. Very disappointing
Update : You said you contacted me, I answer the mail then you don't answer anymore, I've never seen this. If I do not receive a resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the European Consumer Centre and pursue further legal action if necessary.

This is the second time this has happened to me. The last time they told me that my delivery address was wrong. After that I sent exactly the same address and only then did they send the product. This time I put the same address as the other times again and they said it was wrong again. Now I sent a different address and I have been waiting for a response for almost a week. I have already sent another email and nothing. Besides that, once I tried to make a refund but I didn’t finish it, but the item I wanted to exchange was €10 more expensive, I had to pay, two months have already passed and they didn’t even send an email to give me my money back.

Absolutely adore all of the clothing and the quality is amazing. Customer service in the other hand is absolutely a joke. They didn’t manage to solve my problem at all and failed to even respond after getting back with them multiple times.

Hidden charges and zero support.
"Beware: the checkout price might not be what you actually pay. I was charged full price after a coupon was 'dropped' during payment. Despite contacting support immediately to cancel, they shipped the item and refused to help. Their communication is non-existent—expect to wait 3-4+ days for a reply, if you get one at all. I even tried to compromise on a different discount, but they still haven't responded. Save your time and shop elsewhere."
