Honestly I was kinda worried to order from this sight. My 13 year old grandson wanted a shirt. It took me over a week to go ahead and finally order. Glad I did. Product came in a timely manner and was very well made. I ordered a pair of socks too. He loved them! The cologne i am holding for his birthday!!!

I contacted costumer support but the answer took time and came after the item was sent, so they told me they could do anything.
Now I have to solve how to get my stuff at the arrival.

My order was shipped, then returned to Spain without my consent and without any proper explanation. I was later informed by FedEx that the return was requested by the shipper / freight forwarder. The parcel was never delivered to me.
What is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication. I contacted the store and received no real help. No explanation, no accountability, no proper customer service.
As a customer, I paid for the order and received nothing except stress, wasted time, and a tracking history that makes no sense.
I do not recommend this store at all.

Poor quality. No communication. Wont reply about exchanging products. Pretty much just excepted my exchange back but never told me that they would send me a new one. Lost $110 and a new jacket. Zippers are cheap and get stuck. I paid good money for poor customer service and less than avg quality clothing. BE AWARE!!! Website is really confusing to navigate (they need to make it dramatically better for the customers). I say this because to exchange my jacket I need to pay the exchange fee/pending payment of $17.38, which I would like to pay but of course there is absolutely no link or way to do so, even after voicing my concerns they rather reply on this thread to others, instead of my emails. Pretty crazy how they reply fast when a review is public, but not when its through email or directly to them. I will not be shopping or giving my business to this company until I get an answer about where my exchange is. Pretty disappointed but whatever, guess I bit the bullet on this one :(
Update: my exchange got sent back to cold culture but of course no response back on whether they will hold up there end of the deal. Theyll probably say “ohh we tried but its something on your part that we cant do anything about..sorry but no jacket or refund for you we’ll just take it all back and not give you anything.”

My son bought a knit last year (november 2025). He washes his clothes not so often (Order #719247). It came a hole in the knit after the first wash for 2 weeks ago (following the washing instructions). We made the reclamation.
My son has got an email with the instructions to get a new one. Thanks!
That’s why I change my review to 5 stars.

I was torn about posting this, because I like the clothes, however, very very bad customer service, they use FedEx, and my shipment was lost while being shipped. Easily solution, contact COLD CULTURE to have them refund, resend, or report for insurance to FedEx. Customers have no way to track complaints, no customer support phone numbers or deliveries and after 3 weeks, the birthday gift is still not found (FEDEx admits it got lost) but no response form COLD CULTURE on how to resolve. (It has to be COLD CULTURE that submits claim to FEDEX). ONline chat bot cant find order even when I posted screenshots of FEDEX delivery lost, and purchase order numbers with the item...Beware on purchases from this online retailer

I would like to share my opinion regarding my order from Cold Culture, as the whole situation is very concerning.
The package was supposed to be delivered on March 25th, but suddenly the tracking showed that it arrived in Poland within one day, which is physically impossible. After contacting FedEx, I was informed that the package is actually in Spain and never left the country.
Since then, I have been trying to get any clarification, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and conflicting tracking information are extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I expect an urgent explanation of the situation, as well as clear information about where my package actually is and when it will be delivered.

Wrong size sent - ordered a S and received an XXL.
My daughter's birthday gift, which 2 weeks later, no reply from customer service (despite them saying they have replied).
Will be waiting to hear how the shipping cost will be handled for an exchange.
Very disappointed 15 year old, we will never shop with Cold Culture again.

I ordered a hoodie from Cold Culture on February 28th, which arrived on March 6th. The hoodie, which was size M (as I usually wear M or even S in other brands), was way too cropped and tight for me, so I returned it.
After 10 days, I received a replacement hoodie in size L, which was also too cropped. I should add that in all of their social media advertisements, you cannot see how cropped their hoodies actually are, as I assume the influencers are wearing at least 3–4 sizes larger.
You also cannot tell how cropped the hoodies are on their website, as the male model is sagging his jeans so much that it is not possible to realistically judge the fit of the hoodie.
I decided to return the L hoodie for a refund, but apparently, after all the shipping costs, I will receive about 100 zł less (around €23.5). It seems that I paid for the shipping of both hoodies as well as the return.
