They act like a company that makes parking tickets
We partnered with them as a service provider. We pay them every month and they send us details of customers looking for offers. However, 99% of the customers who send us do not answer either phone or email. The few who do answer end up doing the work themselves. We were consistent in the agreement with them and paid them a fairly large amount for the period we had agreed. When we informed them that we will not continue the cooperation, they claimed that we have signed that if we do not inform them 2 months before, they will extend the cooperation for another 6 months. Even though we haven't signed anything like that and even though we haven't clicked any boxes that we agree to their terms, they insist that they will continue to bill us for another 6 months. The agreement with their sales clerk was clear that it was for 6 months and no more, no automatic renewal etc. Even though we tried to politely insist with them, they won't accept anything. They reply with standard messages without even writing the name of the person replying. They act like a company that makes parking tickets. In the end they ended up threatening us with collection agencies and today they sent the next bill even though we have made it clear to them that we do not want any further cooperation.
