I first saw the Cole Haan collection on line, they are a smart stylish shoe, so well done design team.
My first purchase were saddle Ashland @£180 within 6 rounds of golf the heal stitching has gone and the heal is collapsing. You kindly agree to give me credit note as this shoe is out of stock, and reduced to £145 !
So with credit in hand I offered the Grand pro, these arrived uk 10, they are definitely not a uk 10 and are at 25mm too long. So my overall experience of quality and sizing is a very poor one, I wouldn’t recommend to my many golf friends look to buy new shoes from Cole Haan. Maybe having them made in Vietnam has good profit margins but pls spend on quality control if you want to excel in the large golfing market,
quantity is short lived.

I have 16 pairs of Cole Haan shoes; various styles, purchased for different purposes. They are all without a doubt, the most comfortable brand of shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve recommended them to friends, family and colleagues at work, who have now become loyal customers. I just wish they were stand alone stores in the UK 😊

Just purchased a pair of blue topspin trainers, they are well made and so comfortable. Just like every other pair of shoes and trainers I’ve bought in the past . Excellent.

Easy to buy online, fast delivery! The shoes was not the right one for me, but the return process was quite simple as well.

Cole haan shoes are all good quality. The prices could do with a review as they are expensive but you can’t fault the quality.

I have been looking for a shoe that meets in the middle of formal and casual for my holiday this year and struggled before I found Cole Haan. I love the shoes I have ordered and cannot wait to step out in the Italian sunshine in them. The delivery was quick, the quality looks good but the thing that stands out is the range of shoes they have. My first purchase but definitely wont be my last. Excellent.

Mens GrandPro Luxe Slip-on Stichlite.
I mistakenly thought the shoe would be the same as Quick-on range as in slip on while standing. Unfortunately slip on range have a soft back and you have to assist them on to your foot, disappointed.
Quality and comfort excellent as usual although I will not be buying this range again.

From registering, to ordering, to receiving a great experience, and to top it all, the golf shoes are fantastic quality and so comfortable, they feel like a pair of worn-in slippers, i will be buying more

Great Quality and customer service. I love these shoes! Comfort is excellent and I will not purchase any different brand again. But I said this when I got my first CH pair 3 years ago and it still looks really good condition.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes, order number UK53137, and overall I am very happy with the product.

The shoes are excellent quality, lightweight, stylish, and very comfortable. Delivery was also very fast, so both the product and shipping experience deserve 5 stars.

The only issue I noticed is that the leather creates some friction when walking, causing an unpleasant squeaking noise, almost like a stuck door. I contacted customer support via chat at around 4:30 pm to ask what I could do to stop the noise. They informed me that support was available only until 5:00 pm, but even after waiting until 5:10 pm, I did not receive a clear answer or solution.

So, in terms of the shoes themselves, I would give 5 stars. Delivery was also 5 stars. However, the chat support experience could definitely be improved, especially when a customer contacts support before closing time and still does not receive proper assistance.

Great product, great look…. This coupled with immense customer service.. Has made Cole Haan my go to place for footwear.

Talk about quick! I ordered my latest pair Thursday evening and they were with me before lunch on Friday. Clearly, it's very easy to use the site and there were no hitches,,,as usual.
Another brilliant pair of shoes, this time slip-ons with visible laces - bangin'!

Totally awesome. Sent a stock enquiry email. It got replied the next day, with clear info, showing the person who replied actually read my original message and didn't just send a copy and paste response (something that happens way too much these days). Shoutout to Bobby for having his head on his shoulders.
Based on that interaction I went ahead and ordered a couple of pairs of shoes.
Order was shipped out next day.
Order was received the day after that.

Overall very happy with service, communication and the actual shoes themselves. Shame more companies can't be run as well as this.
