Also great customer service from Paul in sorting out some supplier problems beyond his (and Colin’s) control. We have been using Collins Sash Windows since 2016 when we bought our first batch of hardwood double glazed sash windows.
I have a background in furniture making and used to run a high class furniture and joinery business myself.
The standard of workmanship was great as was the finish (The windows were all prefinished).
We have been buying their windows ever since and took our last delivery earlier this year.
The standard remains consistently good and the furniture is high quality.
They are draft sealed and are great from both a thermal and accoustic perspective.
Also the action is lovely - the sashes slide super smoothly without any movement or rattling.
We have also bought a few of their UPVC windows which have also been excellent quality.
The company is responsive, friendly and flexible.
We will not be looking elsewhere for future requirements..

Really pleased with the service and price. Elena was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the ordering process. Windows don’t come with metal securing brackets unless asked for.

We measured and fitted our doors ourselves and they look amazing. Sliding aluminium internal black doors with side panels. This would not be for the amateur, but if you have strong DIY skills, and trust your own measuring, it is perfectly doable. Didi was always very helpful. And I spoke to Paul, their technical guy, who was helpful and I know would have guided us through any issues. The service is definitely more geared to contractors, so no frills, but it was great service, and we got exactly what we wanted, to our precise measurements. I'd happily talk to any prospective customers.

The price of my windows were very very good. The quality is excellent.
I had a small issue with one of my windows, however Didi and the after sales service sorted it out immediately causing zero delay to their fitment.
Cannot recommend this company enough and will advise my friends to use them also.

We wanted Crittal style internal doors and, having got several quotes, found that they were very much cheaper at Colin's sash windows than anywhere else.
Elena was very helpful and patient with all our questions before we placed our order (there were a lot!), and also Paul, their excellant customer service manager, who she referred us to with our more technical queries.
There was a slight delay in the manufacturing but as we were also running behind in our build it was no major issue and the doors were delivered safely and in perfect condition.
Our builders installed the doors for us and we said we'd fit the glazing...... We did struggle initially with the glazing bead but after a few messages to and fro with Paul - very promptly responded to - he pointed us in the right direction and we quickly got it done.
We're very grateful to Paul for his cheerful and helpful advice, and absolutely delighted with our doors now they're installed and glazed!

The price was extremely competitive and quality was top draw 👍🏼 unfortunately we had a slight issue with the glass but superhero Paul came to the rescue. I wasn't supposed to have gone with Colin Sash windows, but the company who did our external doors screwed up. My call to this company was greeted by Elena B, who was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The doors arrived last week - excellent quality, very happy with the customer service and very pleased with the service I received from Elena - definitely recommend these guys

I ordered several Agate Grey Heritage Flush Windows from Colin's and they are all excellent! Good quality and when I asked for Monkey Tail handles it was not a problem. They were very helpful and answered all my emails quickly. Delivery was arranged very easily with no problems, I would definitely recommend Colin's.

Truly beautiful windows at an unbeatable price. Delivery was very fast and communication prior to placing order and once order placed was excellent. We did shop around and I found Colin’s windows to be the best value without compromising quality ie there was a choice of upgrading to wood grain finish etc. I did have a few windows that were damaged in transit (not Colin’s windows fault but rather during delivery) but this was resolved by the amazing Paul! Paul is very patient and fixed all the issues we had in one day and was always at hand to provide advice. Thank you Paul for putting up with me!!I will be replacing another 25 windows or so and I’ll be ordering these with Colin’s again. Now they’re installed they look beautiful and I could not be happier. Thank you Paul!

Absolutely great experience from start to finish.
The office staff was very helpful answering any questions I had.

Also need to add that Paul did a fantastic job installing out heritage french doors, he's a lovely guy willing to help out whether it's advice on the phone or actually installing.
