I lost the sleeve for my umbrella and Sayed from the customer service team was very quick to respond and arrange a complimentary replacement to be sent directly to my home. Exceptional service and a really good product!

Absolutely 5 stars for this wonderful company.
I purchased a beautiful green umbrella from them through Amazon last year and unfortunately this year I had a problem with it.
As it’s on the pricier end of the spectrum for what I would usually spend, I thought I would approach the company directly.
Wayne who emailed me was quick to respond and did everything in his power to help me with my problem.
Everything was sorted out in less than a day and I am very happy with the customer service I received and my lovely umbrella will keep me dry again.

What a great brolly!

Super design, it’s looks absolutely fantastic. Large enough for two, so keeps me and my large rucksack covered during the worst of British weather. All from a British company too. Stellar work from Collar & Cuffs!

Good quality value for money umbrella purchased. Unfortunately I lost the cover early on and after contacting the company, they sent me a replacement complimentary.

Not only a great product design the umbrella I purchased both opens AND closes automatically- especially nice as we are dodging the raindrops. Wonderful umbrellas! I bought a Collar and Cuffs umbrella some years ago now. It's the compact rainbow umbrella and I've loved it ever since. It's lasted well through the years and is clearly a high quality umbrella that has withstood some strong winds. I'll be replacing mine soon and I wouldn't consider any other brand.

I had an issue with my C&C 12 rib compact umbrella. I contacted Customer Services and Wayne promptly replied. In fact, he managed to resolve my issue that very same day! Wayne was keen to help and did so in a professional and friendly manner. He is a credit to C&C! I hope the company looks after their staff as well as Wayne looked after me. Without any doubt a fve star service that many other retailers should learn from. Thank you!

Was very happy with my elegant umbrella. Then I misplaced the sheath/cover, already a couple of years after purchasing the umbrella originally. I wrote to them and a chap named Harry got back to me personally, politely, and ready to help. He double-checked what size I'd need etc. and a couple of emails later he told me that he'd be sending the slip cover in the post, free of charge.
Not only is the product well-built (it has withstood 5 years of storms in North Germany, the Swiss Alps, Italy, and Scotland) but the service was an unexpected POSITIVE surprise. Great company that treats customers well, deserving to be a success story!
