Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had an issue and the level of friendliness, consideration and genuine help I got from C&C was just outstanding. Completely solved the issue, and actually brightened my day. Legends.

I reached out due to 1) a damaged older product, and 2) a new product I unknowingly got through a third party vendor.

Wayne from their Customer Experience team heard out my concerns, gave me a suggestion for the second umbrella, and a new piece to repair the damaged older product.

I bought an umbrella from Amazon a year ago and I love it, it's super elegant and lightweight. Some weeks ago I had a little problem with the mechanism and the support team went above and beyond and sort it out without any hassle.

I needed to contact Collar and Cuffs and the customer service was outstanding!

Bought a classy umbrella which we’ve enjoyed for some years. A small element then went amiss and customer service went above and beyond to resolve it. Much appreciated and recommended.

I had an issue with my C&C umbrella, which I submitted to customer service via the C&C website.
Within six hours, I had an initial response from them.
Within eight hours, and only a few e-mails back and forth, my issue was satisfactorily resolved by the customer service rep.
All products can have issues, but what separates the wheat from the chaff is how each company deals with these issues.
C&C's customer service could not have been any better: they were quick to respond, polite and professional in their correspondence, and more than fair in their resolution of the issue.
Not only will I purchase another C&C umbrella when the need arises, I will happily encourage friends and family to do the same.

I had an issue with umbrella, reported a complaint and it was dealt with promptly and swiftly amazing company and great service couldn't recommend it more.

I bought my umbrella in 2018 and it has served me well. I lost my slipcover, and even after all that time, they sent me a new one.

Replacement Umbrella tip.

Purchased a gents umbrella in 2016 and unfortunately the tip was lost recently, contacted Wayne at Collars and Cuffs and replacement was sent within two days at no cost.
Good old fashioned service, highly delighted.

I bought my first umbrella from Collar and Cuffs because I wanted one that was robust and had a good sized canopy. I was so pleased with the first one that I bought a second one, smaller but wind proof. The second was also a really good product. I had an issue with it which required customer service. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a positive customer service outcome. Everything was resolved, and very politely and promptly. I will be using this company as often as I need a new reliable umbrella. Very special products from a very special company - and it’s a UK company!

I had an issue with the Collar and Cuffs umbrella I'd had for 18 months. Not only was their customer service VERY responsive, they were polite and my concern was dealt with to my satisfaction very quickly. Outstanding.
Going on this experience, their statement of "Customer service is central to everything we do" has been proven. Despite me normally being a cynic!

This is the 1st time I have ever left a review but I have been so impressed with the excellent customer service I have received from Sayed. I contacted the company about a small issue with my new umbrella late afternoon/ early evening. I received a reply almost immediately and the issue was resolved straightaway!This company should teach some big companies how to give 1st class service. I have no hesitation in recommending them- well done!

I bought an umbrella and it is the best one I've had so far. It looks nice and the weight makes it plesent experience to hold, even with strong wind. It is an affordable high quality product.

When I had a small issue I had to contact the customer support. They are very approachable and answered quite quickly. My problem was resolved within one day. Just amazing!

I had reason to contact Collar and Cuffs regarding an umbrella, I have never had such wonderful customer service in all my years of shopping. It was a Sunday that I emailed, presuming that it would be read during a working week, I was astonished to get an immediate reply from Wayne, who attended to my problem that day.

I have admired Collar and Cuffs London's products for some time and have now taken the plunge and purchased one of their Umbrellas. The umbrella is a beautiful accessory, well made and looks strong and smart. Their Customer Service support through the order and delivery process has been second to none.
