I have bought a product a cave bed 4 years ago replaced inner bed real happy with Both customer service and product
So when we decided to replace whole bed thought go with same
However when arrived was not the same standard and quality so decided to return
Ws told no problem however after waiting in all day no response I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at my experience
Being a valued customer never having to complain my customer service would have been 100 percent however since having an unpleasant experience my answer would be 10 percent

Our dog was so delighted with the first lots of blankets I bought that we have purchased a further two as he likes to have them in whichever room he is in.
Super quality and washes well.

Too bad I don't have 10 stars for the review:). If you would have bigger beds I would buy a cave bed for myself :)
Of course the dogs love them. We have 3 beds around the house

The Snuggle Sack was delivered in record time and I was amazed at the quality of the product. Beautifully designed and stitched. My 5 month old mini dachshund puppy just loved it and was asleep in it within minutes. At last, I’m able to visit the loo in peace and on my own!!!

Recently purchased a cave bed for my dachsund which I've returned (at my expense) as totally unfit for purpose. The hood does not stay up, and there is a large gap between the back of the bed and the hood that the dog was getting trapped in. On the photos on their website this looks padded to prevent this but mine wasn't. There's no apology, or
refund of return postage which they claim to give if the item is faulty, which this bed definitely was. At over a £100 I had such high expectations but I guess expensive is not always best! Very slow to respond to emails etc too, despite the fact the claim not to be on their
website! Would definitely not recommend!

In response to company reply: Its disappointing that you have not taken ownership of a substandard product, another reason why I wouldnt recommend!

My dog loves this bed, it take her a while to get used to it, she is 12 years old. Now she goes to it every night, to keep nice and warm.

Gorgeous biothane small clip collars and leads. Dottie looks super smart in them. Quick despatch, great communication. Highly recommend retailer. Bought from them more than once.

I have a number of collars for my Airedale Terrier and they are without doubt the best. The quality, fit and customer service is second to none. One of my collars developed a minor fault and when I contacted them just to let them know about it a beautiful new collar arrived a few days later. I wouldn't buy my collars anywhere else.

We bought our first 2 cave beds 9 years ago when we were renovating an old cottage and there was no central heating and I worried about my dogs being cold at night. They absolutely loved them and the quality of the beds were excellent! When the renovation was finished we bought 2 more cave beds to match our new decor and the original 2 cave beds live in Grandmas house and all 4 beds are still going strong due to the excellent quality of these beds! We recently bought 2 of their beautiful personalised waterproof collars and matching leads as we walk on the beach every day and they are fantastic and so easy to clean the sand and salt water off at the end of our walks. I can’t recommend Collared enough for the quality and customer service! Many Thanks Collared.

Just received our Harris Tweed collar for our girl and couldn’t be happier with it. Looks and feels amazing, with the service being as promised. Also love that it’s a family business. Would highly recommend 💜🐾

Always exceptional products from Collard creatures. I have been using them for several years for my dogs and have always found their products to be top quality and long lasting. I really value the option to engrave details on collars as my dogs were always loosing their tags!

Lovely collars! My dogs are usually in harnesses but I started to pity them being so covered-up in this hot weather. These collars are now their trunnies and bikinis! They look great.

I’m always dubious about ordering items online as pictures can lie. However, I spoke to a member of staff regarding sizes and widths who were very helpful. I therefore went ahead and ordered. The quality of the biothane and the colour were just what I wanted and the name tag engraving which was free was done to a high specification. Delivery was very quick within two to three days from ordering.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Love Collared Creatures beds. I have bought a few and my recent purchase has gone down a hit with my four vizslas. They all get on it regularly (not together of course), but all are very happy to get on the top, or even inside to make them cosy. We all know vizslas loved to be covered up!

Fantastic quality as always. Bought 2 bags for the drying coat by mistake and they called me the next day to check if this was an error - much appreciated and i was refunded immediately.

Great bed, looks really cozy, very quick delivery. Bit pricey especially my dog just won't stay in it
