Good advise and close communication resulting in satisfactory sale.

Good advise and close communication. Any questions were met with an immediate response from Fleur Dubois and she also helped me in getting photographs taken at the compan's office.
When the auction was coming to a conclusion I had conversations with Fleur regarding the reserve which helped the sale and meant the original reserve was almost achieved.

Great Service

The whole process was simple and efficient. Mark couldn't have been more helpful, and was always at hand to answer any queries. I've used other auction sites in the past and Watch Collecting is by far the best.

I received excellent service and…

I received excellent service and support in my recent purchase via the auction platform. A very minor issue was addressed quickly and sensibly, and the watch (entirely as described) was in my possession within a short period of time. Will no doubt use again.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience
Genuinely bid on a watch and person I was up against over bid by £22,000 so stopped any further bids from me
When I queried this I was told genuine mistake and they have come to an agreement
So basically bid what you like and agree the sale after so genuine buyers have no chance
Will never use again

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately people make mistakes and this was a genuine error from an existing user of our platform. This occurred near to the auction end, which meant the live bid could not be cancelled in time and the the highest bid won.

The seller had the opportunity to rerun the watch through the auction due to this. However they agreed this was an honest mistake and were happy to settle on a final hammer price as is their right to do so.

I am sorry that due to this you were disappointed with your recent experience of this very rare circumstance.

Kind regards

Great Experience!

Dealt with Oliver Roberts from start to finish regarding the sale of my watch. I was invited to the office to take advantage of their professional photography to paint the best picture of my watch to potential clients. The watch sold first time round at a figure that I was very happy with. I found the guidance provided during the service and the auction very helpful. Couldn't of asked for better service from Oliver and the team. Happy Customer!

Great experience!

Fleur has been outstanding in supporting the auction for my watch and smoothly managing the entire process from the watch collection to shipping it to the buyer. Highly recommended!
