AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a genuine scam and there are many points to support this. Please DO NOT buy from this company. They are a drop shipping company that send cheap pans from China to customers, hence their delivery timescales.

1. They claim their pans are handmade in Japan, they are made in China in Ningbo, this is where the tracking begins, this is where you have to return the pans to, the company claims this is their returns centre. This is a lie, the pans come from China, and I have found the same pans on Temu £10. The bottom of the pans have a TI symbol on them, this is the same as many of the other pans on offer from Temu, the exact same logo.

2. They claim to have over 21,500 reviews, this used to say TrustPilot until I complained now they have changed it, but for a company with 21,500 reviews and ONLY 22 trust pilot reviews, hmmmm that doesnt make sense.

3. They claim their pans contains zero PFAS, PFOA, PTFE or synthetic coatings. I asked them for proof of this, THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH THIS. They somehow cant provide me proof of the chemical make up of 'their' pans. These pans are cheap, created in China and are covered in who knows what. For anyone looking to make a health conscious decision this company is selling you harmful chemicals unless they are able to prove otherwise.

4. If you want to return any item, then you have to post them back to their 'returns centre' in China, oddly the same place that the Temu pans ship out from. This would of cost me £30 to return. They refer to their returns process as simple and easy and no hassle, it is the opposite.

5. The images of these many people holding the pans on their websites, AI generated, they have a list of companies such as 'Hells Kitchen' and 'Masterchef' this company has no affiliation with any of these brands it is again just another marketing lie.

I fell for their nice looking, clean, easy to understand website, but believe me for anyone wanting a high quality pan this is NOT the place to be purchasing from, absolute scam artists selling poison.

The product ( the wok) took a very long…

The product ( the wok) took a very long time to arrive. I was not made aware that the handle needed assembling with nuts to fasten it to the pot....never noted in the advertisements or product detail. For me, that creates a hygiene issue and a longevity issue. Customer service seemed to respond quickly until I asked if the pot was made in China.....as that is what the whole process feels like. And now, I'm not sure that the customer service isn't AI. All questions haven't been answered.......and the return process seems to be a pitfull of problematic policy statements and disclaimers. It's an International Fulfillment Center that it's to go to......which sounds a bit dystopian to me and it takes a very long time to supposedly decide if they are sending your money back or not, mentioning that if they find anything wrong with the "packaging" or anything else, they can simply discount the refund. Oh, my. Again, pointing to the far East in my opinion.
Since writing this this morning, I've just now received an email hoping that I have received my parcel and that I'm happy with it, offering me 5% off my next purchase. I have had no reply from asking their help line if the pots are made in China or from asking what the process is to return said pot that I have. But they did previously offer me 10% off to keep it. It's all rather odd. Hi Anthony,

At 3 :25 today, this arrived below. "Thank you for your email, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. I'm happy to answer your questions.

Our cookware is manufactured to our specifications through our global manufacturing network and fulfilled via our international fulfilment centres. To ensure consistency across all customer returns, every return is processed through the same international facility.

The 2–4 week timeframe isn't a delay in issuing the refund itself, but rather the typical time required for the parcel to reach our international fulfilment centre, be received by our warehouse team, and complete the inspection process before the refund can be authorised. The exact timing can vary depending on the courier and customs transit times.

That said, I do appreciate your concerns and understand why you're weighing up your options. Because international return shipping from the UK typically costs around £50, we wanted to offer the 10% goodwill refund as an alternative, allowing you to keep the cookware while avoiding both the additional expense and the waiting time involved with an international return.

Please let me know which option you would prefer, and I'll be more than happy to assist you further.

Warm regards,
Sophie

I did get worried when delivery had been delayed as I thought I was being scammed BUT my fears were erased by the very good customer service team who kept me up to date on the progress of the pan from Japan. I have since used it twice and found it really good despite not being totally flat on the base. I am sure this pan will be a great success in my endeavours to keep my food clean and as pure as possible without nasty chemicals. Thank you

Awful customer service

While the pan looks beautiful, mine does not have a perfectly flat base and so does not sit properly on the induction hob ( a perfectly flat glass surface). My experience with their customer service so far has been very poor.
I’ve provided video of the pan wobbling on the hob and uploaded via various means. When I do get an answer they claim not to have received the video attachment and now they’re not responding at all. I suspect the warranty isn’t worth a damn.
On this basis I would recommend AVOID this company

I regret not getting this pan before

To be honest, I was not even thinking about changing the pan but my brother was asking me to get this new titanium pan. So tried it. And I regret not getting this sooner because the cooking experience on my pan has totally changed.

Delivery took a while but it's well worth the wait

I placed an order for a pan with lid back on 9th July and it's literally just arrived today on 23rd July. In a mean time whilst I was waiting there wasn't update info much regarding the delivery. Admittedly I was a little worry coupled with what I've read from previous feedback that it might be coming from outside of UK hence the long delay delivery. Finally it's arrived and despite its smaller package than I expected. It did required some basic assemble which didn't bother me as all parts were supplied with a little tool. All in all, I'm very pleased with the quality of the pan and lid I received. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry to use the pan after placing an order, another word glad I can wait. I can imagine for those who might be in need of the pan sooner might feel upset for a long wait.
