It’s been so valuable for me to attend…

It’s been so valuable for me to attend the antenatal classes, then baby massage and even a reunion! I’ve loved it and feel so supported on my journey as a first time mum. Louisa has been a wonderful host, such a kind and warm welcoming person. I’d highly recommend for any mum

I loved the Creative Wellbeing…

I loved the Creative Wellbeing program!!
I am so grateful to have read the poster in the hospital waiting room and joined such a fulfilling class.

It taught me about art skills and more importantly, being open to being more creative and putting myself out there to try new things.

Julia was a great teacher!

Every session would leave me feeling more positive, relaxed, open-minded, and grateful.

Take the classes, and join the program <3 !!

I loved the creative wellbeing course

I loved the creative wellbeing course! A series of classes to check-in with myself, unwind and relax, I was really looking forward to every week. Also an opportunity to connect with other mums to be in a safe space. The activities can be applied to any area of your life at any time and you learn great mindful skills to cope with negative emotions. I highly recommend it.

10/10 well-being course!!!

I feel really blessed to have stumbled across it and have seen a tangible improvement in my sense of calm and perspective since engaging in the course. Julia is highly skilled and I benefited so much from her reflections and the artistic activities. I would highly recommend any mum- to-be does this course, it is an investment in your well-being and your connection with your future baby. You don’t need to be good at art, it’s the journey and process that matters. Found so much meaning in each session.

Creative Wellbeing Project

I attended the Creative Wellbeing Project with Julia and Andrea (offered by Chelsea & Westminster Hospital). It is a beautiful, creative, thought provoking course and I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to attend this course during my pregnancy.

It was a beautiful way to express our thoughts and feelings for the pregnancy and much more.

Lovely course! Absolutely recommend it!

The pregnancy journey can be emotionally volatile with moods and emotions there one moment and not the next. At a time like that having a medium to express yourself can be hugely catalytic.
Julia and Andrea are both really gentle and patient. They’re a space of safety, non judgemental and wonderful facilitators. They’re always willing to go the extra mile and stay on after as well to offer resources or just listen.
It’s also really helpful to have other mums go on this journey with you. Their perspective and the fact that they’re in the same place as you and can relate to your experience allows to be really seen and understood. I feel lucky to have encountered this course at the time that I did.
