product NOT RECEIVED. the company is a total SCAM. Also they will subscribe you to their plan without your consent and charge you without notice

This business is fraudulent. While their product does indeed exist and gets shipped, they will - without telling you - enrolling you in a subscription that you cannot cancel. There simply is not way of cancelling it through their website and they do not respond to e-mails on this issue, nor can they be contacted by telephone.

The product and service is very good. However, I tried several times to change things on the account and the site would not let me. Other than that the kit comes with everything needed.

'Turn off' your account is a very dodgy sounding phrase.
A website designed to make anything involving your money difficult to change should always be avoided.
I have hopefully closed it today but i am going to contact PayPal to prevent them taking any money.

If they can offer you the over packaged product for only 11 Eiro why does the price go up to 39 EUro !!!

They will not allow your to cancel . I have cancelled twice and they keep charging me extortionate prices for badly made hair colour. They don’t have a working phone number and no one responds to emails or messages. The positive reviews here are written by paid marketing resources since the language seems unlike a real customer, the same review is promoting the companies other products. I’m going to contact my credit card company to chargeback. This is a fraud and they aught to be fined. I will also be writing to the trading standards.

Don't trust this company, I was not aware about subscription. When I received my 2nd package (1st was trial pack), I contacted the company tell them I don't want product. Company told me to return the box in same condition using Return to sender Royal mail which I did. They never replied to my email and refused to give refund as well

Don’t purchase this product. It’s nothing like they say. Results were terrible, did not cover the grays

Absolute con artists! Says that it’s £8…no notification that you are in a contract subscription and then all of a sudden they are taking £26 for one pack without authorisation.

I am doing a cc chargeback to get my money back….avoid this company!

Please cancle my suscription imediatly, and stop charging randomly credit card without authorisations!!!

Don't fall into the subscription trap. There is no response to emails. Instead, goods continue to be sent even though I objected and canceled.

It's so bad!! Don't waste your money on this, I bought one for my beard and followed all the instructions however, it does nothing!! Even caused a rash, this is a scam and needs to be sued.

Just does not seem to last for more than a week at best. Not sure if there is an adjustment I would need to make with formula but not moving forward because of this.

Terrible experiences I ordered a sample for around £7. Unbeknownst to me this signed me up for a subscription. I got a mail saying I’d be charged £25 for another set of colour which I did not want. Tried to contact customer service to cancel and no response. It got sent and I got charged. After digging down into menus I finally figured out how to cancel further payments terrible and cynical stay away.

They took money no delivery or response and it’s been almost a week. Their payment system took my money and order froze online
