This was my first hair and beard colour 7 months ago and I didn’t have the best experience. However they now have a permanent colour version to fully colour rather than fade greys so as they sent a discount code I decided to try this again. I selected the 100% coverage option when ordering.

Unfortunately despite following the instructions to the letter I was still left with greys in my hair and particularly in my beard. I won’t be using this again, tried it twice and it doesn’t do what it says it will.

Expensive product for what it is. The dye is decent but doesn’t last anywhere near the 4 week time it states. Lots of additional tat added to the box to justify the extortionate price.

None existent customer service if you have an issue. Emails and messages ignored. If you want to cancel a subscription, good luck trying to find an option on their scam of a website. Thankfully PayPal refunded me.

After application I was fairly happy with the results removed most greys (mid brown) but after 2 shampoos hair dye had almost completely gone but left an orange tint on non greys. Stupidly gave the 2nd delivery a go thinking perhaps I hadn’t left on long enough but same results.
Also very difficult to cancel order via email so had to stop direct payment through Paypal. Had numerous emails, calls, messages regarding payment being cancelled.

Timely reply and total satisfaction with how my issue was resolved.

I cancelled my plan, because the last hair dye turned my hair orange, then I was billed again on January 8th. I reached out to the color smith team a couple times asking for a refund, no one responded.

The result is what matters... Terrible. I specifically told my "colorist" hard to cover with red highlights. "ash may be best," cs responded. I will not give them a second chance. Prior I used Simpler but it faded on here quick.

I've tried their peoduct 3 times and I have to say it's totally overpriced for what it delivers. £19.00 plus shipping for something that lasts only a couple of weeks is a joke. They add stuff you don't need to the box just so it looks like you are getting the value for the money you pay. Way overpriced. Won't buy again unless it's a decent price.

True to color, they get and listen to your feedback. The color lasts a bit longer than others. I also find it easier to apply.

I ordered a tryout package and it was absolutely never mentioned that this is a subscription whatsoever. This is very close to a scam. I just saw it accidentally because usually when I open a package I double check with my order and eventually discovered that another shipping was planned in 5 days. I even had to create an account first because at the time of odering it was not necessary to have one but to cancel it you need to login. I would rate myself a superuser on things like that but it took me 22 minutes and 7 (!) change confirmation mails to find the hidden functions to stop the subscription. While I would actually love the subscription option for a lot of online products I buy (from cat litter to coffee capsules), it MUST be clear with the first order that it is a subscription. This is hard on the edge, and even before I tried out the product, I dislike the companys strategy.

To be fair, I was really happy with the trial product they sent to me and was happy to sign up for future deliveries. But..... They've taken payment but so far no dye. The website tells me my order has been in production since the beginning of January, but still nothing. I've emailed customer services three times with no reply. It's a shame! I was impressed with the colour I received from the trial pack but now I've cancelled any recurring payments.

You would not refund me in complete for wasting months of my time and money for fredulant charges you posted to my credit card. Addtionally, you created these "hair dyes made to order" per our conversation and what I wanted and three months into using your terrible color for hair I still look ridiculous because your colors create a multitood of colors from you hair dye.

Very natural look. Doesn’t make you look like a used car salesman..!

I have tried to unsubscribe to future "shipments" - as they say you can "stop at any time".... deceiptful

Tried the 10 minute rule it did not dye my beard so I attempted it three more times with zero results I then left it on for an hour and still got no results I asked my wife if she noticed anything different about me and she said no, even when I told her I’d had dye on my beard for 1 and a half hours she said “there is no change”

I tried the trial , it didn’t cover the greys but then out of the blue was billed for another supply which I did not know it was a subscription and was not made clear.

They listen to your requests and you can tell when your order comes in. This due is way better than some “close is good enough” die you find at the store.

Easy to use, fast cleanup, color looks good. Not much more to say.
