Good color match and easy to apply. Really like that it does not stain my skin. I also like the follow up on shade and results to see if anything needs to be adjusted or changed.

I used to get my hair coloured in a salon. My Uncles all went grey in their early 30s. The salon experience was nice but costly and they often coloured my hair way too dark. So it looked coloured which defeats the purpose.

Then I found Colorsmith. And I'm glad I did. Not only is it a more cost-effective option, the colour is great.

I've had two to three different colour formulations, to get the blend just right. And now, I'm over the moon and am looking younger, which is sadly quite important in the ageist world we live in.

I also get Colorsmith's shampoo and conditioner. I used Head and Shoulders for over a decade as I had a dandruff problem. But I've had no dandruff since using Colorsmith's hair care products.

Needless to say, I'm a very happy convert. I'm also surprised at the low average rating here. It feels like people need to take personal responsibility for A) the colour mix they choose and B) how they apply it. Give your colourist really helpful info and photos and follow the instructions. It couldn't be easier.

Oh and the customer service is excellent.

You guys reformulated my color at my request and nailed it. 👌

Oh my god. You don´t easily get rid of them. It´s almost impossible to delete profile and Subscription.

Also it´s not clearly mentioned, that this is a subscription based purchase.

You better take you hands off this page.

The hair product is good, but it's problematic as I only really need about a quarter of what they're sending each time I treat my hair. I have short hair - both on my head and on my beard - so I just need a little bit of the mix. But they only have one size that you have to mix together. So I end up having a ton of extra stuff afterwards. The second time I used it, I had to get my own mixing container and then try to measure off a quarter of each vial to use it in the proper amount.

So - in sum, the color is good, but It's not good for people with short hair.

Unfortunately, the dye did not cover my gray hair.

it was not bad but I can get the same results using just for men hair color at a less expensive price.

I really had a very bad experience with this company the product don’t work at all and ask for a refund, I had three orders the first one I did and the other two that came because of the subscription. Find it difficult to cancel the subscription. Finally I did but feel being scam so as for a refund had one payment but they don’t want to refund me the rest. So plz don’t waste your money on this product it doesn’t work at all.

The color on my beard only lasts for about 3 or 4 days tops. Once the color is mixed inside the container and you want to use it for another time, the color no longer sticks to beard, it is useless.

One big hoax - Stay away!

They take your credit card details and start charging. You cannot get out of it. Stay away

I did not want more than one shipment so I could try it our. Better clarity of product would help

A few things. Time is one. 30 minutes is a long time. And the color kind of faded after few days. And the struggle to dye the hair. The effort you have to put in. It is definitely not worth it. So I cancelled the subscription.

I enjoyed working with everyone. The product delivered what it promised. After some use, I have decided to no longer color my hair and have stopped using the product. This decision had nothing to do with my good expeirnece...my spouse prefers my hair its natural color...happy spouse, happy life...best to all!

These people are scammers...for some reason the moment you purchase the first product you are automatically enrolled in their subscription....I made a one time purchase of 8 dollar product the next thing I know the shipped me another product and charged me 31.42 dollars..... when I spoke to them about a refund they were telling me about me enrolling in their subscription....when I asked for a refund they were telling me another story about me mailing the package.....I live in CT and they are located in California shipping alone would have cost me almost 40 dollars so I called my bank and put in fraud claim and got my money back.....these people are scammers stay away from them
