DO NOT ORDER from them. This is a scam. Like the other claims below, I too ordered two pair of pajamas for Christmas. It’s 1/26 and after multiple attempts to find the order I was told the order was delivered and I should check with my neighbors. They sent an email through a non- user friendly messaging system ( another red flag) 🚩 telling me to find the tracking info showing delivered and to contact the shipping company, which they don’t provide. I asked them to make this right by either issuing a refund or sending out another order. They refused and told me it was my responsibility to take it up with the shipping company. I will see if PayPal can issue the refund.

DO NOT ORDER. First, they charged me THREE times! Then refunded me $10 & $12 on orders of $62 & $52. I was charged different amounts on each of the 3 orders but they were the same products. They are claiming 2 sets of PJs were delivered on 2 different dates. I have cameras & NOTHING was delivered on those dates! I wish I would've seen the reviews first!!! I have received every package I have ever ordered EXCEPT from this company! IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered 4 pair of Christmas pajamas and did not get them in time. They were ordered the week after Thanksgiving. I immediately started emailing for a return/refund because I had to get something else. I spent $160 and they offered $5 refund for all. Mind you they are brand new in the package. I also opened one to look at it, and they were terrible quality. I though they were silk or satin based on the photos and ads. They were cheap cotton/polyester. Terrible customer service. Over priced, bad quality, delayed shipping, and will not return/refund. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SCAM SITE. We ordered items 11/28/2023, and still have not received as of 01/12/2024. They provide very elusive information to “track” your package. I have (2) separate responses from their “customer service” showing 2 different tracking numbers- 1 shows it was shipped from Ireland, another shows it was shipped from China. They will not provide information on the currier for me to verify tracking myself. SCAM.

SCAM I ordered matching Christmas Pajamas December 6th for my child and I and here we are January 10th with nothing. They also charged a larger amount to my card than what the order was which I’m currently disputing. Coloursfind also sends me bogus tracking and claims it’s still on the way. Do not purchase from this site. If you look into it more, it’s obviously a scam. Should have known better. They had an ad on instagram.

This company is a SCAM I purchased $195 of merchandise in November 2023 I never received it when I tried to contact customer service there wasn't an option 😑. This was so disappointing.

Items never arrived. Customer service acknowledged items were never delivered, but were unhelpful and offered no solutions.

If I could give it no stars I would. This company is a scam. I ordered two items in November and have yet to receive them 6 weeks later. I did not receive a confirmation email. When I followed up through Paypal I discovered that the company name is inckwp co.ltd. They only responded when PayPal got involved and the tracking information they gave was less than helpful. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered this either for my oldest daughter or me, since we use the same size.

I rolled the dice on these and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. The fit is loose/flexible and they're not heavy/bulky.

These are quality made, I only wish they came in more colors.

The product is fine, you just have to wash it by hand because it comes out in color

Items arrived 2 months after ordering, but only after I chased it up. When items were too big & I wanted to exchange, I heard nothing after numerous emails.
Disgusting. Never buy from this company.

Absolutely terrible correspondence giving not helpful information product is awful cheap material poorly made not like the advert i asked for prepaid return form and full refund money was offered 5usd and told to give the 2 items to friends as according to them they might like them .definitely wouldn't like them

Very bad quality. Sent few emails and they offered me refund $15 .I paid $100. Will put all photos. It's not possible to wear. It's rubbish
