GARBAGE at its worst !!!!!! The item is not even wearable its sewn completely crooked and all puckered in the front. The is virtually NO customer service !!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE podcasts .. This is trash !!!!

I purchased three items according to size charts and none of them fit! They are way smaller then they should be. I tried to return but they won’t honor the return, saying i got what I ordered! Even though I have original packaging! They are crooks!!

I HAVE GIVEN THIS A ONE STAR BUT IN REALITY IT SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY STARS AT ALL! THE CLOTHES ARE HORRIBLE! SHODDY MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP! I BOUGHT 2 ITEMS OVER £60! RUBBISH NOT EVEN FIT TO CLEAN THE WINDOWS! EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED SO YOU CANNOT EVEN SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT IT! DO NOT USE!!!

The item received is nothing like the Facebook promo videos. The material is cheap synthetic and see through. Not interested in any returns as it was the "correct item" shipped. ABSOLUTELY would not buy from then again and have blocked their ads

Not even worth a 1 rating.....absolute garbage quality clothing product. This company has ZERO customer service when communicating offering $4 compensation for tacky, cheap quality garments that are NOTHING like what the are advertising. No resolution of issues simply saying "we value you as a custumer"....I call GARBAGE!!! Don't waste your 💰

Absolutely dreadful material used to make this dress. They don’t want to know anything about the problem. I have returned it today and demanded a refund. Let’s see what happens but somehow I don’t think it will happen. NEVER buy anything from these people

Never ever ever trust these scammers. The bohemian v neck dress I stupidly bought is absolute rubbish. It’s a horrid acrylic (not the cotton blend advertised) it is poorly cut and sloppily made. I hope no one else gets taken in by these people.

I purchased a Crystal Table Lamp from this company. It was received totally crushed due to inadequate packaging. There is no way to return anything or contact this company. Please do not purchase anything from them.

Absolute disgrace, 1 month wait, tracking said items were coming from USA..... but they came from china items supposed to be glittery lip gloss.... more like coloured glue with a couple of bits of glitter.....
Custs form said value $5.... i paid $25... habe demanded a refund..... im sure ill never see that money again

The products I received did not fit. They charged me the same amount in US dollars when it was quoted in AUD. After so much of a run around, they refused to allow me to return the products that were not the quality nor size advertised. Compensation of $7 as offered for my $130 US order! Stay away from them.

Place is a scam! Item was supposed to be $25 charged Credit card $36. We disputed with our credit card immediately!

Crap quality products. Broken after a few weeks. Offered $5 refund product cost over £30. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered four things from them. I only received three items and one of the items did not work. I contacted the company for a replacement and they gave me the runaround and refused to reimburse me for the product not received and only offered to ship me the one that was defective. This would’ve been no Good because I needed both items because I couldn’t use one without the other. They assured me that they ship me my full order but I know full well that it was not all shipped to me. They also only offered me a refund of 1/3 of the cost of the original price for the broken item. I am totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the customer service and the quality or ,lack there of ,of the product. Buy at your own risk and good
