I filed my tax return on 1/29/25
I filed my tax return on 1/29/25. I have not received my federal refund. No one from column has reached out. No letters, no emails. It’s impossible to get a human being on the phone. Today is july 16 and the wedsite STILL says processing. Its been almost 6 months & nothing.

Column Tax has restored my faith in the company by keeping in contact. I appreciate it so much and even though my refund has taken longer than expected it's okay. I like the fact that they kept in touch letting me know that it's a process. It's cool. Overall it was a very easy application, streamlined with easy instructions and the price was reasonable.

Worse tax service I've ever used
Worse tax service I've ever used. Didn't submit something correctly to the state. Then didn't even bother to get ahold of me to let me know they needed actual paper forms. 1/10. Would not recommend!
