I recently purchased a pair of boxing gloves from Combat Arena and had a small issue with one of them. The customer service team at Combat Arena was outstanding – fast, professional, and very helpful.
They made the return and replacement process simple and showed real commitment to customer satisfaction.
Combat Arena is a trustworthy store, and Cleto Reyes remains the best boxing gear brand on the market. I will definitely keep buying from them.

Product lost and Combat Arena does not take responsibility
I purchased a product in Spain that has been lost. They are requiring me to fill out and sign a form by hand, which means I have to find a printer and a scanner. Then they tell me that resolving the issue could take up to 30 days. They are not taking responsibility for the loss of the product, and I have neither my money nor what I purchased. Finally, I tried calling customer service, and they only speak Italian, not English! Unbelievable, I have never had such a bad experience with an e-commerce site.
Update: The company wrote to me today, Wednesday, to inform me that I have to go to the police to file a complaint about a product that never arrived at my home. Unbelievable, this is really terrible customer service....
