Everything was OK. Except the delivery was at a pick up point not my actual house. In the future I would like to get notified more clearly regarding this. But not really a complaint since the pick up point was really close.

Average recommendation when ordering outside Italy.
On all in all, everything was ok. Except... The place of dispatch is not clearly visible on the shipping label that it comes from Italy. A German address is given. In addition, incorrect consultation regarding the sizes.

Huge delay
It’s a shame that I have to write this coment after the good experiences I had before but it makes 3 weeks since I made my order and I still have no clue about my order.
I already email combat arena 3 times, but the answerd I got was blaming DHL for the delay or like in the last email, I got no answerd.
My children will need the equipment this weekend and I had to spend money again, buying the same equipment because of the delay.
I already asked for the refund but I got no answerd.
I want my money back.
