Great advice, great service, highly commendable
I wanted to get advice for purchasing replacement belts for my colostomy. I had been very pleased with my previous bought some years ago but my waist had got a bit less and also there may be some stretching over time. Amy Oust who was the company representative on the chat support option when I was ordering was so very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable that I thought she should be acknowledged. Good products, helpful staff , highly commendable. PS OK slight feedback that I noted that more than expected of particular specific products were out of stock so hope they can remedy this soon as no stock tends to mean no sales!

could be better for men & exercise
44 yr old guy with an ileostomy. Bought some Comfizz boxers, level 2 support, as I wanted to better support my bag whilst running. Quality seems good and fabric feels very nice against the skin. They are designed to be unisex; however this is problematic - there just isn't enough space for a chap's undercarriage. Secondly, they lack any silicone grip on the waist hem (featured on the support belts), which results in them sliding down really easily with movement - not great for exercise. So in general, rather disappointing.

Please can we ask if you may need to try the next size up? Sometimes, people find garments can slide down easily if they need a bigger size. Please get in touch with us if this is something we can arrange for you.
Alternatively, we suggest trying the Level 1 Cup Style Boxers with a Level 1 waistband over the top for a Level 2 support equivalent? These can be found here and are available to request on prescription - https://comfizz.com/collections/boxers/products/comfizz-cup-style-boxers-level-1-support-mens.

Fist time I’ve used commizz so can only comment on this, website was useful, however the product that I really wanted was out of stock. I haven’t as yet received an email advising back in stock, so I continue to wait for an update
