Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
Update: delivery company have been great, actually pick up the phone and deal with the issue.
Im receiving alot of pressure from comfybeds to remove this review.
Theyve also reported my review as belonging to another company as ive refused to take it down and also reported this review as defamatory.
Id be very careful of comfybeds, theres alot of t n cs regarding this, be careful you don't get stung.
Customer service seem to be arguing with me regarding terminology used and feels like they're insinuating im lying even though ive got the delivery drivers number to confirm non delivery.
Comfy beds customer services have been awful.
It stands, this has been alot of wasted time, stress and hassle.
I would not use this company again. Avoid.

Firstly, they ask for reviews soon after delivery so that you don't get the chance to see how poor quality it is. THIS EXPLAINS THE GOOD REVIEWS.
The beds are poorly constructed from cheap wood and staples and soon fall apart. I bought a divan with a sprung top and when I failed to get aby help at all, I looked more closely. The springs are just a few mms deep, so they do nothing.
They will leave some smart alec reply to give the false impression that they care, but they don't. Once they have your money, that's it!
THE WARRENTY IS WORTHLESS, they don't keep their word.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS!!

I see they have just replied and as usual, it's worthless. I reviewed again because since my first review, the bed has fallen apart and they haven't upheld their warrenty agreement!!!
They have had a year to sort it out as you can see from their reply and note that they didn't comment about the warrenty!!!
STEER CLEAR - I STAND BY MY CLAIM!!

The automated emails for booking needs work though. I requested a 6:52-9:52am slot and the confirmation came through as 6:52-10:52am. I would not have been available for the additional hour if they had come at that time due to work commitments. I did try phoning yesterday to discuss but no one picked up the phone or phoned me back after leaving a message. Fortunately the delivery arrived in the earlier part of my slot so this wasn’t an issue.

The bed buying experience was fine as was the bed itself - ensure that you 100% want the product before buying it, because even 1 hour after purchasing if you change your mind you will be liable for a fee as per their policy, so it is never possible to cancel for a full refund. The bed was estimated to arrive by a certain date when I was purchasing it, but took about a week longer than this. The delivery crew gave a delivery date and time slot, arrived within this slot and brought it into the room very carefully and without any issue. The bed itself was fine and was what I expected. The company semi-harassed me to leave a review afterwards, sending multiple emails, flyers in the mail, text messages, and even called me to ensure I left a review. This was a bit annoying, but here I am giving them a review so hopefully they leave me alone now.

Update: Rather than engage with me as a customer who has not had the best of experience. A few mins after I postdd this, Comfybedss flagged my review below as 'harmful or defamatory' to hide it.
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere to a company with better logistics. Website purchase experience started out fine but the delivery times promised at time of purchase is a scam as actually not in the control of Comfybedss. This is only mentioned after purchase. They use a company called D4U who are not communicative and the tracker link doesnt give any info just an estimated delivery date, when other courier companies use WhatsApp or similar to provide reassuring updates to customers. I have had to chase Comfybedss severally as my kid doesnt have a bed to sleep on, and they told me on Friday they have told their courier company to prioritise but it is 09/06 (day delivery was estimated for) and still no word from courier company. Having to chase two companies without getting a delivery date confirmed has just been a total waste of time.

We'd been putting off buying a new bed for ages, kept looking at the big high street names and just couldn't justify the prices for what you were actually getting. A friend mentioned Comfybedss so I had a browse and honestly wasn't expecting much, but the website was really well laid out, loads of choice and the prices were genuinely competitive without feeling cheap if that makes sense.
We ended up going for a king size side-opening ottoman in plush velvet and paired it with one of their pocket sprung mattresses. Ordered on a Tuesday, got a confirmation email straight away and then received updates throughout the week about the delivery — none of that nonsense where you just have to sit and wait and hope it turns up. They gave us a date, confirmed the time slot the day before, and the lads turned up bang on time.
The delivery team were absolutely brilliant. Two really friendly lads, careful with the walls and the banister coming up the stairs, no rushing, just got on with it properly. They placed everything exactly where we wanted it and were more than happy to wait while we double checked everything was there and undamaged. Nothing was missing, everything was packaged really well.
Assembly was easier than I expected. The instructions are clear and the fixings are all labelled up so you're not guessing. Took about 45 minutes between the two of us, no stress. The bed itself once it was up just looked incredible, the velvet fabric is really lush and it feels really premium. The ottoman mechanism is smooth and the storage space underneath is massive, we've already cleared out half the wardrobe into it.
The mattress is also really comfortable. We went medium firm and it's been perfect, both of us are sleeping so much better already. No complaints at all.
I don't usually bother writing reviews but genuinely felt Comfybedss deserved one. Everything from start to finish was handled properly. Great price, great product, great service. Will 100% be back when we do the spare room.

Good quality, minor delay but sorted quicklyBought a double divan base with 2 drawers. Slight issue with the original delivery slot but I rang up and they got it rebooked within a couple of days, no hassle. The base itself is really solid and looks smart. Happy with it overall and the customer service was helpful when I emailed, suprisingly quick. Would recommend.

The bed was advertised with a 5–7 day delivery timeframe, but it actually took two weeks to arrive, causing us to miss our deadline. During that time, I emailed several times for updates. Although I received responses, they contained very little useful information and offered no real indication of when the bed would arrive, which only added to the frustration.
The delivery experience was also disappointing. I spoke with the driver around 30 minutes beforehand and specifically asked to be contacted if there were any issues, as I would have been able to resolve them immediately. Instead, the bed was left outside in the communal hallway without any communication. Being told that the concierge advised the driver to leave it there is not an acceptable excuse. I was the customer and should have been contacted directly. Had I received a phone call, I could have arranged for someone working in the next door apartment to receive the delivery straight away. I have been charged for delivery and full assemble without a refund for the assemble.
Having finally seen the bed in person, after having to arrange for another delivery team to come and assemble the bed, I'm sorry to say the quality is also poor. There are visible marks on the fabric, and the exposed staples on the wing of the bed making it look unfinished and cheap.
Overall, both the product and the service fell well short of expectations. I've now sent photos of the quality issues to the company and am waiting to see how they respond.

The service from ComfyBedss was honestly world class from start to finish. Before placing my order, I spoke with a few of the sales guys, Sam, Harry and Aaron, and they were all really helpful. They took the time to answer my questions properly and gave very good recommendations, which made me feel confident before ordering.
The quality of the bed is excellent and you can tell it has been made well. The lead time was clear, the order arrived as expected, and the whole process was smooth.
The two man delivery service was also brilliant. Both drivers were respectful, polite and very careful when bringing the bed into the house. They even took their shoes off before coming in, which I really appreciated. It’s small things like that which show real care and professionalism.
It’s always good to support independent British companies, especially when the service and quality are this good. Respect to you lads, wishing you all the success!!😆😆
