Complete disaster of a company! I had ordered 2 beds totally £814 with delivery suppose to be today!!!

Product not delivered and now estimated delivery to the 10 days later -
Asked for a refund and to cancel my order and after 7 hours of constant emails as they don’t deal with customer service on the phone !!!!!! with then they only refund me half my money !!!!!!

We would like to clarify that your order was placed on 31st May. Today is the 5th working day since your order was placed, and our estimated delivery timeframe is within 7 working days for made-to-order items. As such, your order was still within the stated delivery window when you requested cancellation.

You contacted us today requesting to cancel the order. We advised that we would process the cancellation in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, which are clearly displayed on our website. As all of our products are made to order, cancellations after production has commenced are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This policy is not hidden and is made clear prior to purchase.

Your refund has therefore been processed in line with these terms.

Should you still wish to receive the beds, please get in touch with us. We can discuss reinstating the order, and the 50% amount retained from the cancellation can be used towards the balance. Please note that any reinstated order will be subject to a new estimated delivery date.

The mattress is excellent just what I…

The mattress is excellent just what I wanted and I am very happy. However the delivery was what let it down! Delivery drivers didn’t try very hard to get it upstairs, and left it in the hall saying it would not go upstairs. Leaving me and my husband to struggle to move it. So disappointing delivery.

We purchased a bed for my daughter and…

We purchased a bed for my daughter and Cosybeds said it would be delivered within 7 days the bed turned up 2 weeks later, they also advertise on their website that they offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses but I was charged £29.50 when I questioned them they said oh you’re postcode is not covered for free delivery but I live just outside London in Essex so basically it’s a con I bet they say the same to all customers because it doesn’t state on their website which is free and which is not so they can get away with it every time 😡😡 4/06/26 I have just read your reply below but it’s another lie I never had a web chat with anyone and it doesn’t state on your website about orders below £280 will be charged

Quite impressed with my new beds

Quite impressed with my new beds. Beds have been made with quality materials and have been constructed well.
Order process and delivery service both worked out well.
I would certainly consider using Comfybedss once again in the future.

Great Mattress, Poor Delivery Experience

We’ve only been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks, so it’s still a bit early to comment on long-term durability and how it will hold up over time. However, so far we are really happy with it. The mattress feels very comfortable, supportive, and genuinely high quality.

The only disappointing part of the experience was the delivery process. It was handled through a third-party company and unfortunately didn’t feel very reliable or well organised, which affected the overall customer experience.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the mattress itself so far and it definitely feels like a premium product — we just wish the service and delivery experience matched the quality of the mattress.

Great service

Great service, I asked for a specific date prior to ordering as I was moving house, they placed a note on the order for me and it was delivered on time. Haven’t built the beds yet so fingers crossed everything will be fine!

Bed seems strong and well made, was missing a small piece which they sent out the same day it was delivered, after contacting customer services, overall very happy and would definitely purchase another bed from them.

Generally an OK experience

Generally an OK experience. Ordered 2 ottomans. Didn't realise they would be stapled together and the metal staples would show on the outside. But it's only on the back and underneath, so can't be seen once ottoman is in place. I ordered two, and on the bigger one, the inner layer of black fabric had not been smoothed out before stapling, so it was not flat. (Also can't be seen as it's on the inside, and doesn't affect functionality). Still, I feel these two things are unfortunately signs of not very good quality workmanship. And I don't like that the staples on the bottom could catch in my carpet when dragging the ottoman along the carpet. I also had to vacuum out the inside because there were bits of cardboard and other bits of something (I don't know what). However, none of these things is a big enough issue for me to want to complain or return the items, and they are otherwise OK and look like in the pictures, they open and close nicely, and they fit well into the spaces I had measured for them, so the measurements are accurate. Delivery was slightly problematic as they said they wouldn't unpack them or take the packaging because I hadn't clicked on 'removal of old mattress.' (Well, as I didn't have an old mattress to remove, that's why I didn't click on it!) And I'm quite sure that when I bought them, it said 'two man delivery to room of choice and removal of packaging.' When I pointed out that I couldn't inspect the items for damage unless they removed the packaging, they agreed to do it.

Great quality for the price

The ordering process was very easy, and there was great communication for the shipping updates. It did take several weeks to get the mattress and bed, but that was communicated with the first shipping update. The quality of the bed and mattress itself is great for the price, and the mattress was very comfortable. My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is the delivery itself, the beds were just left in my kitchen.

Poor customer service

Paid for the tiniest postage stamp swatches Order 14 got 6 and some were same colour. When I spoke to customer service they pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere and were very rude and unprofessional, given the fact they were the ones that had failed their customer service! When I asked for a manager to contact me they couldn’t be bothered. So I did take my business elsewhere and received a five star service. I do not recommend this company!
