*AVOID* Customer service is some what less then the generous 1 star I have given. Received my bed on Monday which was damaged in 2 areas. Unable to speak to anybody on the phone as they have no customer care for existing customers. Received email response today after I stated I wanted to return the bed as the whole process was likely to take weeks to resolve. I was told I would have pay a 50% restocking fee and £75 to have the bed collected even though it was damaged when delivered!! This company do not oblige with the consumer rights act. Stay clear. You have been warned.

Having reviewed the correspondence, we can confirm that each of your messages was responded to within approximately 15 minutes, including following the Bank Holiday Monday delivery. We do understand how disappointing it is to receive an item with damage and appreciate the frustration this has caused.
To clarify, the restocking and collection charges mentioned apply to standard returns and would not apply where a manufacturing fault or delivery damage has been confirmed. As part of our process, we do ask for photos and information first so we can assess the issue correctly and arrange the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry this process left you feeling unsupported, as this was never our intention.

We can see the form was completed by yourself today and a resolution already offered.

This was my first order and so far I m very happy with the delivery times and the quality of the bed base . The only point I would like to highlight is to improve the look of the instructions . Very dark print and I had to google what where the wooden blocks for and how to use them for the head board on my ottoman. Otherwise great product

I had a really positive experience with Comfybedss from start to finish. I initially called their sales team before placing my order, and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They took the time to walk me through the different options, explained the differences clearly, and made sure I chose the right combination for my needs. It didnt feel rushed at all, which gave me confidence in my purchase.
Ordering was straightforward, and the tracking updates were very good. I was kept informed throughout the process, which made a big difference as you always know where you stand with delivery.
Speaking of delivery, this was handled really well. D4u the delivery team were polite, professional, and respectful of my home. They brought everything into the room as requested and made sure everything was in place before leaving.
As for the product itself, Im very pleased with the quality. The bed feels sturdy, well made, and looks exactly as described. The mattress is comfortable and supportive, and overall it feels like great value for money.
All in all, a smooth experience with great customer service, reliable delivery, and quality products. I would definitely recommend Comfybedss and would use them again in the future.

How could you improve? Send the correct part and dont dispute the fact email after email photo after photo even 2 videos, dont take your customers for morons who know 3 left top right corners AND only one right is never going to fit together properly its simple maths, not only will i not recommend i will actively discourage people from dealing with your company 1/5. Such a shame when it could have easily been rectified. I was eventually sent a return form, only to be told it would be £50 to return and £75 to deliver correct part(or the other way round) - fir the company’s error! absolutely shocking service either way and certainly would NOT recommend!

I purchased 12 beds from Comfybedss for my Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, I spoke with Harry, who was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide me through the best options for my needs.
I had contacted a handful of other companies beforehand, but Comfybedss was the only one that genuinely gave me the time of day and offered proper advice rather than just trying to sell. Harry’s knowledge and patience made the whole process straightforward and stress free.
The beds themselves are great quality, exactly what I was looking for, and perfect for guest use. The ordering was not so easy as the online system stalled, but the phone assistant took our details and order and emailed it to us. This worked perfectly. The bed is great the Mattress is Firm as requested and the delivery team was excellent.
