Excellent shoe. Quality and design are perfect.

I am afraid I also placed an order in March and April €500 worth in total, and it’s July 12 and not a word of response to my emails or a hint that the shoes will arrive. The below reviews didn’t exist at time of order, but potential new customers should know better now

AS SO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS, I lived recently a deeply disappointing purchase experience !I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2022, still haven't received them yet, AFTER 4 MONTHS , 3 reminders and only automatic mail replies signed off by "B. "The Founder" ... Consulting now the Trustpilot reviews, it appears it all could be a scam! A proper investigation about the practices of this company might be appropriate , from relevant authorities, maybe Instagram as well... as SO many customers (almost 50 %) mentioned already bad experiences ??? If it still makes sense to expect any effective positive input from COMOVITA...it might be worth now, or never !

I paid about £160 for a pair of Chelsea boots in February, still waiting for them in July. What a dirty filthy bunch of scamming scum. Giving people all that sustainability crap then just stealing their money.
The cowards don’t even answer their email ps - claiming that they take a long time to make.
I’d like to kick their slimy heads in!

Ordered in April, nothing since. Impossible to send a message at the website, no reply on whatsapp.

A scam. Avoid at all costs. I'm afraid I am in the same boat as other people on this site. Ordered my shoes in March and then just a few 'form' emails before all communications disappeared. £150 down the drain.

Its a scam, months and months, hardly any or no communication and still no product.

Same story as the others; ordered more than 3 months ago. Got some automated emails 'your shoes are being sewn' etc. But never a reply to emails I sent them. +300€ in the bin.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered (Order number "932985") two pair of shoes for the total amount of 340 EUR in January 2022 and I still haven't received them yet. I have received several emails about "your shoes are being sewn" and so on, but it is all just a scam. Currently contacting the appropriate authorities and Instagram to inform them about this scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COMOVITA.

Yet another customer who is ignored by these scammers. Ordered on April 15. April 28 an auto email saying shows are being made. Then nothing two unanswered emails and now it is June 8. Even if these guys are not a scam AVOID as they ignore their customers. Customers who paid up front. SCAM!!

Great shoes, superb concept. The only con is having to wait 3 weeks to get the shoes, I would be happy to pay a premium to get them done faster but besides that, amazing experience.

I ordered in March and have not received my shoes yet, nor have I received any real response from support, only automated responses.

I ordered my shoes in January and have neither heard from Comovita or received my shoes. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery times.

Either they are thieves or they have no concept of customer service. I posted a review along the same lines on 7 April about an order made in February, after frustrating attempts to get an update.
As a result I got an 'update' telling me I should have an my order delivered in early May. Of course, nothing since and this despite a couple of attempts to get information.
I will now try to get them removed for Instagram and other platforms they use unless I hear from them.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

My shoes arrived over 6 months after i ordered them. The company never responded to any of my emails, calls or DMs before or after. The shoes were not what i ordered and the wrong size. I continued to request new ones and complaining on social media until i received a notification that they would send me a new pair which never happened. This has been well over a year of trouble. More than $300 and no response. These people are awful.

I ordered in January and still have not gotten my shoes 4 months later, or any updates, despite some people saying they got it in just a few weeks. I suspect that the good reviews are all astroturfed. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRAND.

Impressive concept. The product is really well made and the idea of making the shoes "on demand" is a great way to start making fashion in a more thoughtful way. Delighted with the brand and the quality of my boots.

Very likely a scam. I ordered shoes, did not get anything, wrote customer support but did not get a reply. Thankfully I have paid via PayPal so they refunded me the entire amount.

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but ordered 2 months ago. Same story as the rest. Initially got emails they were being made and that it might take up to 6 weeks then nothing. Contracted them on website and Instagram and no response.

When I contacted PayPal to get my money back they said that there’s been a lot of complaints from people about this company and it’s good I contacted in the time that I did as there’s an expiry of how long they will let you get a refund. Should have my money back in 10 days.
