Great quality, amazing service. Reached out asking if they could make my shoes wider and they did it without any extra fees. Got my loafers after 5 weeks and I’m obsessed with them!!

Impressed. When I ordered from them I was curious to see if the product would live up to the great expectations they sell and as an Italian customer used to buy from good brands and a frequent customer from Velasca I have to say I’m impressed. Quality is as good as Velasca, even more comfortable although it’s not fair to compare as it’s a different pair of shoes (loafers vs oxfords) and for a much cheaper price (similar product costs almost a 100€ more in Velasca). Good product, good experience and here a happy customer (took the promised 5 weeks)

5 months since I ordered and still no shoes or communication from Comovita despite contacting them several times. I have to assume my money is gone. Terrible.

I had mad an order of Chelsea boots from comovita at the beginning of March in which I then received an email 1 week later to say that they will take 6 weeks to make.. which is outrageous in the first place. It has now been 7 weeks and I still haven’t had any contact from comovita to say when my shoes will arrive??? From looking at some reviews on here it really looks like a scam, which I hope is not the case.

Does anyone know if anyone has ever received the shoes?

Perfect pair of shoes (with some delays). I ordered a pair of loafers at the begging of march, and the delivery time was supposed to be 4 weeks, but ended up being 6. I was a bit disappointed until I opened the box and tried the loafers. I can only say good things about them. The design? A 10. The quality? best I've seen. And, most importantly for me, incredibly comfy. I will buy again soon a pair of boots for the winter, I really appreciate what this guys are doing, just hope it can be faster (Amazon has made us addicted to instant experiences...).

Simply the best shoes you can find nowadays. If you are looking for real quality and don’t wanna spend +600 bucks on a pair of shoes, look nowhere else; these are great. The only con is the waiting which it seems to be a bit longer than usual (5 weeks in my case) but the quality you get makes it worth it.

I'm seriously concerned about this company. They require upfront payment and then inform you it will be at least 4 weeks until the goods you have paid for will be dispatched. The goods may be hand-made (if they are ever made) but certainly not made-to-measure as they work with standard shoe sizes. So they either have no cash or wish to optimise their cashflow. I can't get a reply to my request for an update on my order 933177 for some Chelsea boots. Has anyone tried to get their money back? I see many negative reviews with the same problem, and quite a few positive ones which may be fake reviews.

Great sneakers. Good looking, extremely comfy (the most I have) and really well made. Will purchase again, great value for money!

Looks like a 100% scam. Ordered 4.5 months ago, they used to reply to my emails couple of months ago but now they don't anymore and don't reply on Social Media. Based on other Reviews its definitely a scam and I will be filing a chargeback claim today.

I have also ordered shoes on OCTOBER 30th 2021.....it is now APRIL 04th 2022. I cannot reach this company and I have sent multiple email enquiries with no response other that the instant auto reply...."Thank you for your message..."
I am very patient and I understand they don't get made over night and that with ongoing supply chain issues there can be further delays.....HOWEVER we are into 24 WEEKS and I CAN'T EVEN GET A EMAIL RESPONSE BACK WITH AN UPDATE????????????
This is absolutely absurd. I will 100% NOT RECOMMEND

Past the 8 week mark and still no boots or contact after multiple messages, have started an investigation via Facebook to get Comovita advertising kicked off the platform as the company is so obviously fraudulent, DONT SEND MONEY, you are highly unlikely to ever see your boots or shoes and definitely won't get anywhere with a refund or customer service.

Real craftsmanship. Great service. Bought two pairs of boots and since the moment I unpacked them I could feel (even from the smell) that these are made in a special way. They feel ready good to wear since minute one and the design is really classic. Really well made shoes.

I ordered 2 pairs of Chelsea boots on 9 Nov 2021 with a promise from Comovita the boots will be ready by second week in December.
Two emails dated 15 Nov & 19 Nov informing me the shoes are being made & sown.
I enquired on 13 Jan 2022 when will it be ready & received a generic email on same day that they are busy so I waited..
Finally on 5 Feb 2022, I received an email from Comovita with a DHL shipment order number that the order is on its way. Sadly to date (almost 5 months) I have yet to received both my boots, despite writing to them via emails, FB messaging, their website as well as WhatsApp.
I am at wits end...

My friend who is working at DHL Singapore had done a check on my Tracking number & has informed me that Comovita hasn't even instruct DHL Spain Office to pick up the boots yet.
Is there a problem with the delivery department at Comovita ?

Hopefully one day I will get to try them on & write a 5 star reviews like the others...

It would appear the only way you might possibly get a response from customer services at Comovita is to complain via Trustpilot.
I ordered my footwear on the 3rd January 2022 and of this date have still not received them.

Buyer beware

I ordered a pair of boots in December 2021 and I hoped that they would delivered in time for a Christmas gift. However, I received notification that as they were hand made that they would take 4 to 6 weeks. I accepted this.
I received notification that the items had been shipped in early March.
I then received notification from delivery company DHL that the item will require customs clearance and that there would be import duty/tax due on the shipment. The amount is GBP 135.65.This is almost the same price as the boots themselves.

I have three times emailed Comovita to ask them to explain this as at the time of order placement, delivery was fully included and there was no requirement to pay import duty/ tax.
To all emails, I have only received an automated response saying;
"Thank you for your message! In the past weeks we have experienced a strong increase in orders and messages, so we apologize in advance if we take longer than usual to respond."

15 weeks after order placement I am still without the shoes and there is no response from Comovita.

This is a scam.

In love. I seriously don't understand the complains I see here, I think its quite clear you have to wait some weeks to receive your shoes, which is how they are able to offer this superior quality at a rather cheap price. I bought a pair of slippers and a a pair of loafers for my husband and I can only speak good things. It took 5 weeks to receive them and it's true I had to wait 3 days to hear back from them when I reached to ask For the order status but I mean, you want speed, you go to Amazon, if you want high quality shoes that have a small impact on the planet and don't cost a fortune, Comovita is the place despite not being the fastest brand in the planet. Big fan, I can hardly think of buying shoes elsewhere from now on! Kudos!

I ordered on the 16th Jan 2022 - Order 932938. I contacted them in the month on Feb and twice in the month of March. They have no responded. It is now 10 weeks since order and no product. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and no product.

Happy! The sneakers are incredibly comfy and easy to combine with many outfits. I walk a lot everyday and they were super nice to wear since the first use!

Ordered Boots In Feb 2022. Money was taken instantly.
Received an email approx 1 week later saying pattern was being cut. 2 weeks later another email saying boots were being made. I emailed about a month after original order to enquire about the situation of my order. I received a generic email about them being extremely busy. When I asked to cancel the order and obtain a refund, miraculously, they said my boots had been finished and were due to be dispatched but never the less I would receive a refund in three working days this was a week ago still no refund to my credit card. It seems odd that during my emails no mention was made of the boots being made it was only when I requested a refund. Comparing my order number with earlier order numbers on this site and extrapolating them there were approx on average 7 orders per day over a three month period. Hardly excessive. Since requesting a full refund there has been no response to my emails.
